    I ordered 2 towels over black Friday. I received them promptly. My order was very disappointing. The towels where smaller than my stand towels and very thin. It has taken since 11- ***** to get a response about returning them. They charged $8 shipping and now want another *9 to return a very inferior product. Stay away. Poor quality and horrible customer service. *******************

    All the towels I've purchased have been great quality. Super absorbent, soft while not feeling like a wet blanket, and doesn't shed/pill. The quilts are really good quality, and everything is well worth the price. The rewards are nice, and there is always a coupon active.

    Return policy: can't return once laundered. Who would sleep on sheets unlaundered?The sheets feel like gunny sacks! Terrible product and customer service! **********

    Terrible company. Terrible products. Sneaky service. They pay people to suggest on the internet the idea that their sheets only get comfortable if you wash them but they make returns subject to not being washed. These people are as awful as their product.

    Best bedding company ever. Their sheets are so smooth and cozy after a few washes. The towels and blankets are fantastic too. This company is making great products it cant find anywhere since and they last a long time. You will not regret buying RLC!

    I love the sheets. They are soft and comfortable. I had an issue with the fitted sheet and they replaced it no questions asked. I will buy from them again without hesitation!

    Pros: hefty (I expect this sheet to last a long time), generous size, crisp hand , characteristics like linen sheets, 100% made in ***. Cons: characteristics like linen (some wrinkles remain even after ironing with my vintage mangle - maybe modern mangles can make them flat?), more pronounced texture than other percale sheets.

    I agree! I wished I read a review before purchasing. They do pill and are rough. I'm the only one sleeping on them. They stay wrinkled. Too expensive. I wanted to support an *****************

    Horrible, heavy sandpaper-like sheets that cost the earth. And you can't return them if you've washed them. Do not buy these! I feel like I've been ripped off.
