      I used listerhill to get a loan on an RV. The loan was accepted and everyone was nice and professional till after the purchase was complete. As of right now I've been paying on vehicle for 18 months. After having a dispute I decided to check my mail. Found out that I had not paid one payment according to Listerhill they had been taking my payment and using it for insurance. I've had a policy since day one they wouldn't allow me to get the loan without first showing insurance..of course. So I sent my proof of insurance. They still charged me they said I had to send it to a specific email addresses. So I did that a month goes by the charge me again. So I got that cleared up after 1 hour 24 min repeating same story and said it wad your mistake. I ask if they were going to fix account they said yes but didn't. So I got upset and asked if they could show me proof the had an insurance policy. They could not because no such policy exist. So now I'll have to get a lawyer ... .like the other guy " THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES" after 20 months u finally paid my first payment. Once they seen proof I had insurance the whole time any honest business would have done the right thing and fixed thier mistake and credited the loan with what I've paid

      I will never ever open an account with listerhill credit union. They took my money and didn't apply it to my account. Now I'm out money and they won't even check to see if the money was over on the date I specified. Bunch of liars and thiefs.
