      This company falsely reported that it needed money for the state of Alabama and took it from me Then when I got the RV back to my home state of ********, we were told that this was a lie and ******** and Alabama dont share the state tax. The ******** state office stated that I was given false information and my bank was also misled. I have had the state of ** local official reach out and he and I were told by the company that they would refund me. This was told to me in May of 2022. The ** Local official told them that they were responsible for the funds taken from the bank and the funds taken from me in a separate check. They agreed. To date I have reached out over 20 times by phone and via emails. There was again a promise to make it right and it was never done. I filed a police report with the local police office and am fighting with them to assist. I was told that many people from out of state buy there and I feel that this happens alot and no one notices. This is unethical and illegal to misrepresent the State of Alabama and falsify banking information. Basically stealing from the consumer. I also contacted the state of Alabama and they clearly stated it is the companies obligation to pay me back as this was mis representation. I feel that this needs to be public knowledge so buyers can beware and ensure this does not happen to them

      At the time of purchase the state of Alabama required the customer to pay 2% sales tax to the state of Alabama. The tax code changed July 1 2022. The information that ******** has given is 100% false. This tax code can be found on line @ Alabama  sales tax. We are not under the same tax code as the auto industry.
