      I purchased the RV brand new in March of 2021. Opelika RV has a lifetime warranty on new RV’s as long as you bring it in every year for inspection and pay the $200 inspection fee. It was inspected in March of 2022 and fee was paid. I took it back in February of 2023 for inspection along with a power converter that had failed. I was told by Brian that the converter would be replaced under warranty and that they could have it in a week. I called every week to check the status and could get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. After 4 weeks I finally got to talk to Brian who said they could not get a converter sent to them. I then called their parts department and was told that they have the converter in stock. I got Brian back on the phone and was told they can’t use parts from their own parts department. The RV is also covered by KZ the maker by a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty who should be able to pay Opelika RV for the part. I had a trip planned on April 2nd so I decided to go get the RV and take it somewhere else to replace the converter. I arrived to find the fifth wheel pin box my RV had been damaged along with a chip on the front cap along with the front cap light not working. The damaged pin box had yellow paint on it which is the color of the forklift they use to move the RV’s. The employees at Opelika RV denied that they were responsible for the damage and said they would not repair or replace the damaged pin box. Opelika RV should not advertise a lifetime warranty if they do not honor it. They also should not be in business if they are damaging private property and denying it.
