    Good afternoon!

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the extended warranty you purchased. The doc fee is a fee that is charged to all customers. That one, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. In order to cancel those other products you must visit the dealership and speak to one of our Finance Managers. Some of these are with different companies. and there are forms that will need to be filled out in order to cancel those products. You may call ************ to make an appointment or stop by at your convenience.

    Thanks,

i bought a truck from Benton Nissan for my nephew and have had trouble ever since and its been in and out of the shop and will not correct the problem leaving us with a useless truck we have to pay for, its unsafe to drive and they told us they will not be working on it again, even though we have a warranty.

This customer has had several issues with their Nissan Titan, and we have remedied each of these issues as they have arisen using their extended warranty. Each and every time the Titan has been in the shop, we have provided the customer with a rental car, free of charge. There were $4500+ charges for deductibles and expenses that the extended warranty company would not cover due to the customer not following the maintenance protocol prescribed in their extended warranty contract. The dealership covered these expenses for the customer.

The truck has been repaired, and is currently parked at our dealership abandoned by the customer.

    Thanks,
