    On 1/17/24, I went to look at and possibly purchase a new Nissan Armada Platium. *********** was *******************. I had a 1:15 appt. ************* sat me down and asked me what features I was looking for in an Armada and he wrote everything down on a piece of paper. He then took me out into the parking lot to look at the new 2023 and **** Armada Platium SUVs. I picked out one that I wanted to purchase. When we came back inside to his desk we discussed what I wanted to do about financing. I told him that I wanted to trade my 2023 ***** Odyssey XL and pay cash for the remaining balance owed on the Armada. There was no lien on my car. He **** a little diagram with dollar signs on the paper. The dollar signs on the left were for the dealer's sale price of the Armada and the dollar signs on the right indicated what they would offer me for my car. There were no amounts on either side, only dollar signs. I made it perfectly clear that I expected fair Black Book resale value for my car because it only had a little over ***** miles on it, and ***** has one of the highest resale values of any vehicle made. He began to say, "We have to feed our families, and the dealership has to make a profit. We can either give you a little more for your car, or take a little off of the price of the car, but we can't do both." He told me that he would give me $38,500 for my car and I would owe the dealer $37,902. He had my paperwork in a folder and handed me everything to sign except 2 pages that he took off of the top. Those two pages were placed upside down on the left side if his desk.I signed everything and was given a copy. The last page was the milage disclaimer. It stated that me new car had ***** miles on it. This was not disclosed previously. The salesmen said, "Had you taken a test drive you would have known this." The two documents that the salesman took out of my stack to sign was the milage info. He purposely took them out. He scammed me. I am elderly, widowed, and was alone.

    Shouldve learned my ****** the first 3 times Benton Nissan of Oxford lied and wouldnt take responsibility for the vehicles they sell. I was asked to change my review years ago after an issue with them and I did, I wont this time. I will warn any and all who want to purchase from them so theyre not out spending money they dont have. Just know, every single vehicle Ive had that I HAD to trade in had less than ****** miles. They do not stand behind the used cars they sell, or the extended warranties they push on you at signing. Are they nice? Absolutely. Thats where they get you. When there is an issue with your vehicle you get a, not my problem attitude and they brush it off. Im glad I had my sales person from Nissan on speakerphone today at the Jeep dealership and they heard the attitude and the comment that the particular dealership should get off their butts, it shouldnt take four days to fix the car we sold you, when Nissan couldnt even fit me in for 2 months.
