  I can't decide if I think this shop is incompetent or if they are just plain old crooks. They had two of our vehicles for a solid 3 months. We paid them $6,000, and neither of them was properly fixed when we finally got them back. He replaced some seals on my daughter's Corvette engine on two separate occasions and told her that was all it needed, but when she picked it up, he told her it needed an engine. I'm no expert, but I can't understand why you would charge someone $2000 to replace seals on an engine that is no good. The other car was a Mustang that had the transmission go out. The estimated total of $3300 turned into $4000, and when we got it back, it wasn't shifting properly, and he couldn't figure out why. He literally told my son he should trade it in after we paid him all that money to fix it! I have never been so disappointed in a business in my entire life. Furthermore, if you look on ****** you'll see multiple listings for him, which is why I didn't see all these absolutely horrendous reviews to begin with. So, if you are posting a review, please post it under all of his listings, as well as YELP and ********* If you are reading the reviews, please check all of those places. I hope someone else can learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

  Had my car in for transmission. Called 3 times trying to get status and the receptionist gave me three different diagnoses. Finally, mechanic spoke with me and agreed it was transmission. After car was fixed, I picked it up and got about one block away (I could see the garage), and the transmission quit. Towed it back. I lost my job because it took so long to fix. A few days after second pick up, my engine light came on. We called to see if when we could bring it down because we didnt want to show up during lunch hours. The receptionist told us to come down now. We put our shoes on went. Got there and they were at lunch. When telling them we just called (I have the call log) incredibly nasty **** called me names for not believing they had a right to take lunch. I never said that. I said we called to confirm they would be available. I didnt know if they took 12 or 1:00 lunch. We would have come an hour later if the receptionist hadnt given us wrong instructions. Also, mechanic told me the transmission would have 12-month warranty because was complete rebuild but the receptionist gave me a receipt stating 6 months. Oh, and they also added a $500 charge on at the end because they had missed something. They are a prime example of why Alabama needs to have regulations for mechanics. ******* is the only competent person at that location.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!If I could rate lower than this I definitely would. *************************** has the worst customer service to be a business owner. If you're a woman, he will belittle, gaslight and talk to you like you have no idea what you're talking about. He had my truck for 4 months and didn't do any work on it what so ever. I ordered the majority of the parts, brought them to the shop which they've had since May. In June I was told they ordered the last part and was waiting for it to come in, I called every week for over a month and was told they were still waiting for. I call to check on it today and see if there was an expected date on the part or a tracking number for it, he accused me of ******* him and proceeded to cuss at me. Needless to say, I had it towed somewhere else.

  Called for this company to come tow my husband from ****** to Ozark. My husband broke down at 10am as he pulled into the doctors office. I called my insurance company for a tow. Well the company sent someone to look at the battery to try and charge it. That didnt work it has to be some other issue. So I called and the insurance put in a claim with this company. This company ETA was 3 hours! Frustraing but fine. I figured he was gonna be ok so I fell asleep. I wake up 2 hours later and they never showed up! NEVER called ME! My phone shows who calls me. They cancelled the order. The kicker is when I called them to see how much longer they would be before I fell asleep they claimed he would be next to go help. They LIED! the lady was rude it seemed just because I asked how much longer. So i wake up to Him still being out there waiting for them to help and no show and no call, my Husbands phone was dying. I called and they try to tell me all thier trucks are broke down????? Really??? And you couldnt call me??? So i can call and get him another tow??? I AM LIVID! I AM NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE! EVER! My husband is now been waiting on help for 12 hours! 22 freaking miles from home!. We know no one here and I pay insurance for this???? ITS A JOKE! I recommend you NOT do any buisness with these people!
