I met Mr. ***** during this process and he was an amazing representation of this company. He was very professional helpful a d knowledge. I felt really comfortable talking with him and he was very patient in his presentation. I look foward to getting starting on this project.

Replaced 13 windows, sliders and double hung. Leaked air from the start. After multiple times to fix issue; said sorry it meets specs, nothing else we can do. So now we have leaky windows and no warranty because we asked if we needed to get a lawyer since they wont give refund and specs are within what they think is ok,Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, LLC

Hello *****, I do apologize that you are feeling negative about the experience. As stated prior we have inspected all units on multiple visits. All windows are installed utilizing our installation methods. All units are sized within manufacture specs per the opening per our trained IPM, who visited multiple times.Review fromKatherine S

Ms. ******** was great. She was professional and very knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions. The people that put the windows in were really good. They could have done a better job cleaning the windows. But overall I was really happy with everything. I would work with Ms. ******** on all my projects. Watch out bad business practices.Specifically, their contract's fine print.Take their cancellation timeframe, which is unrealistic.For example, if you want to cancel, you have three days to do so in a written letter that has to be mailed , like the postal services can get your letter to them by that time frame.The money, like any credit card, is paid for services. You get a notice of charges when your product is sent. Wrong, i never received a notice until the bank told me three days later after i had canceled the order by email and sent a letter by postal service.Sales, pitch doesn't matter what he tells it won't be what's in the contract, which will be completely different, and the cost will change ***** nilly because the contract has been given addendum rights.That's right, another way for more of your money to go into their pockets .Remember, you still have yet to meet the contractor, who is actually going to do the ********** is already out the ******* wouldn't it be a better practice to charge the customer after this meeting, when reality these are the measurement they use to build your windows? Which is what the money is for materials and labor.The sales guy is the approximate for cost, but not the actually the cost, Remember addendum changes the total cost.This company charges 50% cost at time you sign contract, if you do cancell they still charge your account and you have to wait days, months if ever you to get money back and it won't be all of it if any at all as they will charge you admin etc... feesRenewal by Andersen of Alabama, LLC
