The salesman and the contractor both were very personable knew the product. Took exact measurements of windows to make sure that they will replace the old without issues. I cant wait to get my new windows.

The consultant was on our side in finding the lowest price options for everything we wanted. Fortunately, they only offer their best windows (Fibrex windows) and their best glass (Smart Sun TM) for replacement windows. There were an endless number of ways we could fill the different openings, which had a huge effect on our price. Then their financing was out of this world.Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, LLC

Very disappointed. I requested an appointment for consultation online. They did call, which was a plus, but when we got to the part about scheduling, he asked if anyone else was part of the decision - spouse, sig other, FRIEND (so not necessarily anyone who lives here). I said, "my husband, but he probably won't be available. He travels a lot, so we can just go ahead and schedule."He then informed me he could not schedule it without my husband being here. What? It's 2023 - a woman can order home improvement items (even windows and doors!) by herself, with no spousal input. I asked if he wanted my business, and he said it had nothing to do with that, he just had to have everyone involved. Should I read that you just want a man involved, or could it be something less sexist? Oh - and calling me back just to hang up on me? That's just *****.Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, LLC

Met some of their team at a local ********** home show in February. Set appointment to get a quote on replacing my original, craft **** windows in my home. ******** spent almost 3 hours going over every detail. Had every option I could imagine from style to finish. Took advantage of financing option. Final measurement appointment went smooth. Expected my windows to be in town in June or July. Second week of April and they are finalizing the installation. Installers were on time, got straight to work, and I'm in love with the finished product so far. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with everyone I've dealt with at Andersen. From sales, to measurement, to scheduling, and installation. I LIKE THIS COMPANY.Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, LLC

1 starThis is a predatory company who took advantage of my elderly mother. She did not know what she was signing as she is legally blind and has Alzheimer's. She cannot afford $*****0 windows. Why would a salesman push that on someone who is dependent on social security?
