    I have come across many times this website selling fake designer items. Recently fake chrome hearts and fake *************, discrepancies with original item such as materials used (leather, link count and dimensions of the product) for this reason I give a 1. If it does not have entrupy or other verification I would not purchase designer from there, i would also not trust fashionpile verification

    Bad business practices, horrible customer service. Shipping label created 11/15, **** waiting to receive package. Called 11/19, was told wait another week. Too much hassle for them to file claim. 11/20 at tracking updated package received at hub 5 hours from their location. ******* had not shipped until after I called. Refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Blamed ****. Tried saying package had been traveling the 4 days, that **** enters scans days after package has moved on. Better Business Bureau has multiple complaints of the same nature for this year. Refused to give me refund until they could confirm **** had package rerouted to them. Once I said I would contact every on your side news outlet, my refund was processed within an hour. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    Hello I would like to report a situation that doesnt sound quite right. I shopped at this site two times before and even used their shop app to track my purchases. I buy it with a **** card and it worries me they leave the inventory for me buy and it appears unavailable to me after some seconds but not to the rest of consumers I verified it by sending someone else to shop for me. It charges my card and then does an immediate refund. I shop from overseas and it gets deliver to my home address in the states.The answer I got from them was not that it was because of my foreign location since I believe some people can still do purchases this way. Instead of fixing the problem they told me I am flagged as fraudulent and I find this very grave because my card standing is fine and legitimate. There is a bias take on one customer who is me and putting me at a disadvantage with the rest of patrons and who knows what else.

    I only put a star because it wouldnt allow me to not put any. In my opinion i wouldnt have even given them 1 to begin with! I made an order and paid extra for 2 day shipping. They are charging for something the do not do. I ordered on Friday and the package was not shipped out until Tuesday morning. According to their policy my package was supposed to be shipped out first thing Monday morning. They are stealing from customers by offering a service they will not complete. I called and they told me that there was nothing that could be done even though on their website it does not state that if you pay for extra money for 2 day shipping they wont send it until after a full business day after they open. When I asked to Speak with the manager I was told she was too busy to answer a customer service call and I would have to just take the answer she could give me. The lady was being extremely rude and kept cutting me off and wouldnt let me get a full statement in.
