Hands down the best mower I have ever owned. I have a 5 acre yard that I can cut 3 times on 1 tank of gas. The 2023 ZT Elite Limited is fricking awesome. Feels like I’m riding on air with this mower

The Badboy mower actually works ok when you get the right drive belt on it. I ordered a grass catcher for our 42” zero turn. Nobody in the parts department Could tell me how big it was or what the weight is. It took them 2 weeks to ship it because they had 107 back orders. That didn’t stop them for charging me that day and then the price changed 3 times because of freight. It started out as $550 and ended up $869 without any real explanation other than it was freight cost. Their parts department is a joke and nobody will take responsibility for anything. I would never buy another BadBoy again and I would advise anyone looking for a zero turn to look elsewhere.

These mowers are junk and are extremely dangerous. Mine caught fire while using it and Bad boy warranty service wouldn't even cover it and it is only a year old. I hate it.

I bought a 60" Maverick commercial grade Bad Boy in Spring of this year and the seat is so uncomfortable I can't finish cutting grass before I have to put some kind of padding down before I sit back down.As much money as I spent on that mower you would think the seat would be better than that I can actually feel ,with my hand, the design of the seat bottom. The seat feels like there was some padding left out honestly.

Our bad boy was couple months old and after mowing we parked it and later found the shed the mower was in engulfed in flames. Nothing in the shed but the mower and new auto parts still in their boxes. Nothing with fuel in the shed bad boy said there is no proof it was the mower and they haven’t heard of their mowers starting on fire but if you read the reviews you’ll see it has happened they won’t replace the mower!

The quality of bad boy mowers is terrible. I bought a new Rouge mower and just had to change spindle, 3 idler pulleys and the belt tensioner pulley. Have changed the belt tensioner spring 3 times and hydrolic pump spring. Bleeder valve on hydrolic pump is frozen. Changed the switch to engage blades and key switch. All this and my mower only has 248 hours on it. Warranty ran out this past March and of course they wouldn't help with all the pulley issues. I have had many mowers with tons of hours and never had this many problems. While I was in the shop purchasing my expensive pulleys there was another customer there purchasing a pulley for his rouge that only had 100 hours. This was my first Bad Boy and will be my last. I do not recommend this mower as the quality is not there.

I think that bad boys quality had gone way down hill over the years. Bought a 3054 in 2011. It's been great. I bought a demo model 2 1/2 years ago with less than 200 hours on it from a dealer. This mower has had numerous problems. Lose connection had to be traced down by service department, pulleys going out, belts breaking, drive line breaking, starter replaced, instrument panel on dash replaced last year, steering control broke because of weeks breaking and now again, short some where in the control panel that has less than 20 hours on it. This lawn mower is awesome when it's running but the break down time is tremendous. And bad boy don't offer any kind of trade. Not a good product would recommend another brand by all means

Bought a ZT Elite new in November 2022. I used it to mow and chop up all the leaves on my yard. I had to move the seat all the way back to be able to reverse the mower. I am 5' 9" and weigh 170. Also the hour meter quit working during this first use. I took it back to the dealer and they installed a new meter and switched sides with the steering arms. Now with the seat set in a comfortable position for me I am leaning forward when mowing. I finally decided to have the dealer order a set of adjustable steering arms. The steering arms would not fit. The owner of the dealership came to my house to look at the machine and try to figure out what was wrong. After looking at my mower he told me that the controls where the arms mount were parts that had not been used since 2017. The adjustable arms were supposed to fit 2018 models and up. Mine is a 2022. The dealer left a message with bad boy but has not received any response from them. I think bad boy mowers should take this machine back and refund every penny of my money. I paid for a new mower not one frankenstiened together from old parts. The dealer is not very happy with bad boy either. *** **********
