      I had purchased 4 tires and had them installed them at the Walmart #1203 in Wimauma, Florida 4928 St Rd 674, I arrived at 3:44 and was finally called at 6:37 that my car was finished, after paying and going out to my car i open the door and first notice 2 large grease stains on the drivers door on the fabric, and look at my seat and grease there also, sit in the seat crank my car and my gauges are not working, i go back inside and inform them that they are to get that fixed, the you man inside went out and told the tech he went on to cussing and having a tantrum like a 12 year old child and walked around in circles like a pouting child for about 15 minutes before coming out to the car, while he is trying to fix that I am checking out my new tires and notice marks on my rims, I grab a microfiber rag from my trunk and wipe the spots thinking that it may just be smudges and NO it is DUG IN MARKS IN MY RIMS I have called that local walmart, contacted walmart corporate office and have gotten no response, no returned call nothing, So what step am I supposed to take next? 3 of 4 of my rims are damaged, i have grease stains on the fabric on the drivers side front door and drivers seat, after just 3 weeks before paying a pretty hefty fee to have a full custom detail inside and out on my car.

      I purchased a ONN TV LAST MONTH ON THE 3RD. JUST A FEW DAYS AGO I WAS LAYING DOWN WATCHING THE T.V I PURCHASED AND THE SCREEN JUST SEPRATED FROM THE BACK OF THE T.V. I LAYED THERE IN SHOCK AS IN I NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT HAPPEN BEFORE. I WENT TO WALMART EXPLAINING WHAT JUST HAPOEN AS I TOOK PICTURES AND RECORDED A VIDEO OF IT BEFORE I TOUCHED IT. WALMART TOLD ME TO CALL ONN BRAND COMPANY BECAUSE ITS BEEN PASS 30 DAYS. SO THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL AND EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY TOOK DOWN MY INFORMATION AND APOLOGIZED AND TOLD ME TO SEND PICTURES OF THE FRONT AND BACK ALONG WITH A RECEIPT. SO I DID AND WHEN I TRYED TO PICK UP THE SCREEN TO TAKE PICTURES IT WAS SO FRAGILE THAT IT WAS CRACKING. SO I DID WHAT THEY WANTED EMAILED THEM ALL THE INFORMATION. NEXT DAY I GET A EMAILED SAYING THAT THEY CANT HELP BECAUSE I PHYSICALLY DAMAGED THE T.V. I WAS SO ANGER THAT THEY JUDT ASSUMED I DID SOMETHING TO THE T.V. I PAID ALMOST $600. FOR A T.V THAT JUST FALLS APART AND THEY TRYING TO TURN IT AROUND ON ME. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFAIR. I NEED ANY GOOD LAWYERS , NEWS CHANNELS, PROTESTORS TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS FRAUD COMPANY. ALL I WANTED WAS THEM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER T.V BUT NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I CALLED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY WONT LET ME. THEY IS RIDICULOUS!

      Walmart Auto Care damaged my vehicle on June 2nd. They accepted their fault, and asked me to get an estimate from a shop. I presented them the estimate and they created a claim (L2287374 ). I received the call from the claims department next day, and they said that they will investigate the case, and call me back in 5 days. I called the claims department, and explained the issue. They gave me the e-mail address of the staff member, so I e-mailed to him. He called me in a few hours, and asked the estimate again. I sent it, and he called me next day to say that I will receive the check in 10 days. I e-mailed him at the 11th day, and he said no, it is 10 business days. I e-mailed on the 10th business days, and he said that he mailed the check but it was returned, because there was an issue with my address, so he asked me to verify my address to mail another check. I did, and he said he will mail it asap. It's been over two weeks since the last response (today is the 46th day since I submitted all the documents), four e-mails, no response, no check! There is not even a direct phone number for the person, because I receive the calls from an "unknown number".

      I slipped in fell in Walmart and was given this company’s number to call to check on my claim. But good luck trying to get them to answer. You’d be on hold for 4+hours.
