I recently purchased tires from Walmart for my ram 2500 truck and had them install them. During the install all of my rims were damaged by the installer operating the mounting machine. A claim was started and the rep offered a fraction of what it would cost to replace the rims. I submitted quotes and references for the replacement rims and had no reply. I waited almost one month before a response saying they will only provide used parts for repairs. Not the response I was expecting. They had no issues accepting payment despite the damage to all the rims.

Took my car in for an oil change and they messed up and placed the wrong parts during said oil change. I spoke to case manager Matthew C** and read him the original receipt to which he said they placed the wrong parts on my vehicle. This caused engine issues and lights galore to pop up on my 2008 Ford Escape. I went into the Fruitland, MD Walmart and the woman helped me file a claim and re-did the oil change THEN took pictures. The pictures Walmart sent in to their claims department showed them placing THE WRONG PART. Mr. C** said my claim would go through bc they used the wrong parts TWICE to change my trucks oil. I heard from Mr. C** twice, provided him with all documentation, and I’ve heard NOTHING since. Shame on you Walmart. Claim #10368177

They will not allow you to see the truth. My oil tube was broken during an oil change - all I ask is to see the video,
Had the dipstick tube repaired and have the parts - The oil tube
metal is strong , shines and clings - can’t break either of the now two pieces with my hands
Mechanic said it would take a lot of force to break metal in that condition.
Keep catching lies and changes in the story.
Stay away from the auto service - looking at a $300 repair that could damage your engine further.

FIRST COMPLAINT: I use grocery pickup. If I wasn’t disabled, I wouldn’t go this route. Usually my partner comes and loads the groceries, but he had to work today. Anyways,

Today, 9/1/22 — the woman who loaded my groceries had some type of lanyard with keys or something on. I have subwoofers in the back so I have to transport my stuff via the backseat. The keys kept hitting the side of my beautiful NEW bmw as she was loading my two cases of water. It now has scratches.

Do people not have common sense? There was also raw chicken juice that leaked out and got all over my seats, other groceries that were packed in the same bag and then my home. I am very disturbed by this situation.

I always thought everyone had common sense, but I guess it’s NOT THAT COMMON. I have photos of scratches, can’t upload them on here, but they are on my google review.

SECOND COMPLAINT: a few days ago, I ordered an item for pickup (Woolite carpet & upholstery cleaner) it was damaged. So, on 8/31/22 we went to EXCHANGE the item. The total of the item was $4.27 including tax. It’s $3.99 without tax. The guy at customer service wanted to go home so badly, that he gave us a gift card for $4.27 to replace the item.

Come to find out, Walmart decided to sneakily charge us an extra $.30, so we couldn’t use the gift card. We ended up having to pay for an item that was supposed to be exchanged. We were also treated like thieves by the woman who took her job WAY too seriously at self check out. I also have proof of all this as well (receipts, gift card & gift card receipt)

When it comes to my vehicle damage, I’m still deciding what I am going to do, and how far I am willing to go to fix it.

On 8/29/2022, I took my 2000 Ford F-150 truck V8 to Walmart for an oil change and air filter. My service order number: ****** *****. Location of Walmart #02032. 2001 N Rose Avenue, Oxnard, Ca 93036 Lic#******. I always maintain my cars in good condition and have all records. None of my cars ever had any oil leaks. Walmart did my truck oil changed. The usual I got home and checked oil levels and is missing about two quarters of oil and shocked to see oil leaking from the pan screw. A drop slowly here and there. I park in the driveway and street and no leaks prior to the oil change on 8/29/2022. I also think the oil filter was not changed as it looks really dirty. Spoked to manager Daniel at the shop and I said Walmart need to fix my leak and fill oil to normal levels. I told him, let me show you how low the oil level is as your technician fail to fill oil correctly and I also asked him to see how it’s leaking slowly but he refused and said I am submitting a claim. Walmart will call you within 3-5 business days. He said I am supposed get e mail of claim number but so far no e mail with claim number. My neighbor stated also that I am correct that Walmart did not fill oil but only half way. I am short about two quartz. I am so angry and disappointed on Walmart as I shop there weekly as how they mismanaged their work with oil changes to customers. Hopefully Walmart call me ASAP to fix my oil leak. It’s embarrassing for a big company like to provide bad services.

This has been a nightmare! After going in for an oil change but instead got my transmission fluid drained and needing a new transmission and possibly other issues. The Walmart claims guy Tyler ******* is impossible to get ahold of. Enterprise can't hardly get ahold of and I'm always having my rental lapse because of this. They haven't paid subaru for my damages because I will not sign a paper releasing them from damages. Why would I sign this if I know more work maybe needed?!? I just bought the car in April and this happened in July. They need to be held responsible for damages on a vehicle I owe $34k on! My car has been ready for 2 weeks but I can't pick up because I don't have $10k to pay for it! Claim#********

I've been on hold for 1 hour, 10 minutes... and counting! Still haven't spoken to a person. Just heard a new recording asking me to leave a message for a callback. They probably just try to wear you down until you go away but I will be back on the phone come Monday!
Problem: The auto center in Mulberry, Florida failed to put the dip stick back correctly which caused oil to spew out all over the engine and belts. I just paid the dealer $750 to clean the engine and replace the affected belts.
