First they arrived 3 hours late. I was told by dispatcher they would be there AT 8am. They arrived AT 11.
Let me say this should have been an easy move. Everything was packed and ready to load.
They had ton of plastic wrap and blankets, but no boxes in case I needed them, no mattress covers.
They were slow and disorganized, they couldn’t get an armoir out of a room even after taking the door down, which they didn’t put back up.
They were so slow I started to load things up myself.
Then on the way back they kept getting lost, even though I gave them detailed direction and literally had dropped them a pin…which they had forgotten. One of them was busting gas it made the whole house smell.
They damaged a few pieces even though they had them wrapped up, and just laughed about it.
In the end it was 9pm before they left, for a move that should have been done by noon. I will not be using them again.

On every job, we dispatch our crew at 8AM and all customers are informed of this. The loading site, in Peel, AR, is 120 miles from our shop, which takes our trucks 2.5 - 3 hours. So, we were not late, we arrived on time. Our crews do not take boxes with them on jobs. The CSR's take care of this on the front end and there was no mention of needing boxes on the phone recording when the CSR asked the customer if they needed any. This "interstate" job was estimated to take 2 days/1 night and they finished it in the DOT allotted daily time of 14 hours, so they were not slow. There was also mention on the initial phone call by the customer, that the place is hard to find and they did have trouble finding it. The items that she provided to us for the inventory showed to be almost 70% of a truck load with a little over 7 total hours of drive time for the crew from Bentonville, AR to Peel, AR to Mansfield, MO and then back to Bentonville, AR. I am not sure how the customer feels like this should have been all wrapped up by Noon. As for the damages that the customer mentioned, we have a damage policy that is placed in the pre-move letter that they received before the move. There has been no mention of any damages via phone, email or the crew. My CSR tried to call the day after for a post move call-back and she had to leave a VM that was not returned. All she has to do is call the office about the damages and they will be taken care of.

Two Men and A Truck did an inaccurate estimate for my move and then the team did not show up with majority of the necessary tools needed to complete the move. No marker, not enough boxes, no wrapping papers and then they did not know how to properly load a moving truck. They put boxes in first instead of furniture. When I talked to the General Manager and Owner, all they agreed to give was 1 hour off of the service even though they were not prepared for this move and did not even come close to completing it. Terrible business and when the GM called me, he took no accountability for how his team handled the move. NONE! Until I asked if it he felt the way he was handling the situation was good business. I’ll never use this service again and will be sure to inform any who ask against using Two Men and a Truck.

This move was estimated for 5 hours. The customer stated that she could not pay for more than this. The crew got their(it was a load only with a truck that the customer rented). Turns out that the truck was way too small and we had to unload that truck and they went and got another truck for us to load. We ended up giving her an hour off and only charged her for 4 hours instead of 5 just to be nice and make her happy. This all could have been avoided if the customer would have rented the correct sized truck to begin with. Even though they accepted the estimate at 5 hours, at the end she only wanted to pay for 2-3 hours. This has been taken care of. She also stated on the recorded phone call that the crew worked VERY HARD and did not sluff off. With that being said, this was a fair priced move and she did get what she paid for.

DO NOT book a load only service. Customer service said I would have all furniture wrapped and secured and protected. Fast forward to when we arrive and the local movers at our new house say how horrible the loading was. Literally nothing wrapped, all furniture ruined, and when I went to file a claim I was told I would get a call from Jared. Sent a bunch of photos with proof of damage and all he did was send an email saying I signed off on it, and when we have asked him twice now if they're going to cover a claim and no response. And, I only saw what the truck looked like at the very end... I can't see the furniture inside when it's covered by boxes. Awful customer service.
I was too busy to watch their every move while getting ready to leave the house. I shouldn't have to watch them like hawks. Steer clear and never use this specific location.

I emailed and spoke to the customer about this and also got our Home Office involved. The customer signed off on the Load-Only Release Of Liability, ¼ truck, ½ truck and full truck, with pictures, stating that we are not liable for any damages since we loaded a rental truck they got and we cannot protect the furniture unless the customer provides the protection since they would be driving away to another state in their own vehicle and we would not get our pads/etc back. This document also states that the customer is happy with the way we stacked their truck with their belongings. I explained this to them and the home office. Our Home Office agrees with our decision.

I would highly recommend Two men and a Truck in Bentonville. They moved our entire house from Atlanta and were very professional and well trained. I can't say enough about the men who moved. Don and Stephen were fabulous! Very courtesy from the time they walked into my house to the time they left with everything in the right room and properly set up.
