      your time and plans.
A Year of Walmart+ Disappointment: Beyond Frustration
I am writing this review as a deeply frustrated, former loyal member of Walmart+ for over a year. For months, I've put up with excessively long shipping times that directly contradict the promise of "fast delivery."
Beyond the misleading shipping, the most insidious issue has been the lack of transparency regarding unfulfilled orders. Walmart does not notify you when items are missing from your delivery or when your order is incomplete. Instead, it falls entirely on the customer to meticulously review every online receipt to identify discrepancies and verify charges. This has cost me countless hours, forcing me to play detective just to ensure I'm not paying for items I never received. It's an unacceptable burden placed squarely on the customer.
The final straw occurred just the other night. With out-of-town elderly guests arriving, I attempted to place a crucial grocery order of approximately $250. My payment information was current, and deliveries to my address are routine. Despite being a paying member and receiving daily marketing emails from Walmart, I was blocked from checking out due to a bizarre and impossible request to verify some email I didn't recognize. I was forced to abandon my cart, rush to Publix to buy all my groceries, and then immediately head to the airport to pick up my guests. This was a massive inconvenience and completely ruined my evening plans, all thanks to Walmart's abysmal system.
Walmart+, you have repeatedly failed to deliver on your promises. You've wasted my time, charged me for services I didn't receive, and most recently, you left me in an impossible bind during a critical moment. My loyalty has been met with nothing but frustration and incompetence. I strongly advise anyone considering a Walmart+ membership to think twice. The supposed convenience is overshadowed by persistent problems and a complete disregard for the customer experience.

6 months ago, I ordered vision glasses at Vision center. I have insurance, at the time of the service employer spent 30 minutes checking online My insurance and benefits. I ordered glasses after employer said insurance will pay the around 50%. My part Is $260. I paid, received glasses. 6 months later i received the bill from Walmart wanting me to pay another $260. I called customer service, they said that it's not their responsibility to tell me exact amount of my insurance payment and they need to give me only estimate. They set my insurance paid only $17. For me its pure scam. I would never buy $500 glasses if employer said he is not sure about $$ insurance pay.

I purchased a set of four tires for my vehicle. I ordered them when they came in. They were the wrong tires. I told the associate I did not want them because they were not the tires I ordered so he tried to get the tires I ordered and he told me that they do not make those tires so therefore they sold me something that does not exist and they have $1099 of mine tied up and it seems they don’t wanna give it back. I’ve made at least seven phone calls without success. They keep giving me the runaround. My wife passed away two weeks ago her family came in from Texas to West Virginia now I can’t get them back because I don’t have money. Walmart has my money tied up and won’t give it back upon a hardship request. I had to go to another store and get tires which was another $1100 so now I have a $2200 out there and 1100 of the Walmart owes me which is my money and I can’t understand the situation because I’ve talked to several associates and nobody cares The associate in the tire department at Walmart told me in three days simple tire has sent 71 wrong order tires yes 71 in three days do you think there is a problem? Definitely all I want is my money back that’s all I want and again I will never ever step another foot in Walmart nor will I spend a penny I’ve done some research Walmart Brings in a total of $1.5 million every minute but they can’t give me my $1100 back, but when they go to the gates of heaven, they will see Jesus will look down and say be gone for me. I never knew you greed Mart is what it should be named

Don’t get the subscription. It’s a waste. Bait and switch. They charge you to pick up when ordered online and fees sometimes cost more than items you want. They say they waive the fee if you spend 35 dollars or more. Then if you buy the subscription it costs the same to deliver the items. They give no incentive to pick up your item. Obviously I’m talking about small orders.

I bought an Oon 32 inch television in April from this store. By June, the television stopped working. I am on disability and still paying on it! Now, the company won't do anything about the defective TV! Low quality products in electronics.

Absolutely worthless. I have issues every time I order online and this will be my last time that I'm inconvenienced by Walmart's incompetence. I ordered a knife from FM Pharmacy and received some type of cheap plastic item from the pharmacy. Picture attached. Walmart does nothing for the customer's inconvenience.

Left a 1-star review but forgot to mention some important things. Pickup order had every item in its own bag—10 items in 10+ bags, wasteful. Vegetables weren’t in produce bags, just thrown in. Cheese and sausage packed together in one bag, which is unsafe. And someone even tossed a balled-up empty bag in my car. This whole order felt careless and rushed.

I'm is still missing a few items. Whom ever FedEx driver was this day dropped my items off at the wrong house and the items that i do have we are missing and items. Like the A frame weight stand is missing the only thing that I was given was an empty box. I just want everything that I ordered and all will be forgiven.

I have already filed a complaint with my State Attorney's Office.
I purchased a Belkin Wireless Charging Pad 15W from a Walmart store, in Livermore CA, on June 1, 2025. The printed receipt clearly indicates a 30-day return policy. On June 26, 2025 (day 26), I returned to the same store to request a return because the device was nonfunctional.
At the return counter, I spoke with two associates who referred me to a woman who claimed to be the most senior staff member. She informed me the return would not be accepted due to a 14-day return policy for electronics—a policy that was not stated on the receipt or product packaging. When I asked for her last name, she refused to provide it.
I was directed to call an 800 number for assistance, but the representative told me they handle online orders only and redirected me back to the store, where the manager again refused to help and was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.
I believe this constitutes misleading and unfair business practices and I am exploring all available legal options.

I was needing another window air conditioner and saw walmart was offering same day delivery of one. So I ordered one, they took my money right away, but come the next day, it was showing delayed shipping. Now 3 days later, it still was delayed so I canceled it. Now they say it will take up to 10 days to get my money back that I need to buy one elsewhere. They are lying thieves. Greedy to take your money, lie to get you to spend it. Buyers beware !!
