      I was needing another window air conditioner and saw walmart was offering same day delivery of one. So I ordered one, they took my money right away, but come the next day, it was showing delayed shipping. Now 3 days later, it still was delayed so I canceled it. Now they say it will take up to 10 days to get my money back that I need to buy one elsewhere. They are lying thieves. Greedy to take your money, lie to get you to spend it. Buyers beware !!

      I order an Air Conditioner on walmart.com at the end of the 2024 season and when I went to use it for the summer 2025 it stopped working. I called walmart and they said that it was through a 3rd party vendor and I am outside of my return date but the number to the company does not exist to get a new product that works. Walmart will not do anything to help rectify the situation. Walmart should not be allowed to partner with 3rd party vendors because they are scamming people out of their money.

      I had tires installed and by the time I got home about 4 miles away my hubcap came off along the way. I called the store as I feel they were negligent and was told too bad so sad basically. Hubcaps should be put on to stay on. If they can’t stand by their work you should be told at time of purchase that you may or may not have parts stay on after we service it. Service manager said well once it hits the parking lot we are done with it. Dust off their hands and move on to do more sloppy work.

      I believe Walmart.com is breaking the law. I was buying only EBT accepted food, but the website put on my bank card without my permission to pay for tips which are voluntary. I'm also on SSI for social anxiety disorder. As much as I want to tip the drivers, I can't. No one on EBT should be able to afford a tip for drivers, so why was my bank card set up to pay for a tip without my permission? It felt like I was paying for food with EBT, the cashier grabbed my wallet, and scanned my bank card to pay for tips. Isn't that illegal? I certainly thought I was being robbed and I had a rather nasty panic attack. Just because the transaction can be stopped doesn't mean the cashier is allowed to violate your person to take your bank card and use it. This shouldn't be okay online, either. I hope someone looks into this. I've never reported a business before, but I can't imagine that this could possibly be legal.

      Walmart Auto at Tucker never answers their phone calls. I tried to call there since 4 pm. I had a flat tire of a Walmart tire and had to call roadside assistance to get to Walmart auto center in Tucker. I reached there at 6.40 pm. The internet said it closes at 7 pm but on reaching there they said they close at 6.30 pm. They said they didn’t have enough people to work there so it was only two people and so they cannot answer phone calls. I told them the donut air pressure was low and I drive there with my hazard lights on. They got the manager Bennie involved who also said they closed early because they had no workers . This is the state of Walmart Auto Center at Tucker!! Donot go there if you can help it. They spent 20 minutes after 7 pm but would not fix my tire although I was there at 6.40 pm.

      So tired of being charged a hold on my checking account for something that they don't even have.. this should be illegal. June 17th I placed a grocery order with my EBT, no problem, same order I used my debit card to order a TV , all to be delivered. Well Walmart cancelled the tv, they didn't have it in stock and it cannot be shipped to my address. That was okay also since they sent me an email BEFORE my shopper started shopping and let me know. The problem is they Charged me for it anyway claiming that it is not a charge it is only a temporary hold. Well my bank is holding my money due to pending so I would call that a charge since it's my money I never spent and never received anything for. This practice should be illegal . Not the hold the wait time for the money to get returned.. it's been 3 days so far, should be immediate if merchandise is not in stock. Thats rediculous!!!! Well let me walk up in Walmart and just walk out with 173.00 and say you'll get it back within 10 days and watch me go to jail for stealing!!;

      I purchased two tires online, made my appointment time, and was there for about 30 minutes before I was informed the socket to remove the lug nuts was broken and the store had just ordered a new one. The technician informed me to try another Walmart to help with installation, instead of him providing some assistance to find the nearest Walmart that could assist with the installation seeing that I had already paid for installation. Instead they kust offered to load the tires into my vehicle, I tried calling the nearest Walmart but nobody picked up so I drove over and was informed that they do not have any capacity to install my tires, called the nearest Walmart from there but same situation happened, called no answer so had to drive there and received the same message as the previous store. On my fourth Walmart attempt, I was able to schedule an appointment for 7 a.m. the next morning. I came back the following morning, and after droppng off my car and speaking to the technican, I went into the store to do some shopping, 2 hours later I was wondering why I had not received any updates, went to the auto center for them to inform me they could not take off my lug nuts, so they could not install my tires. I was perplexed why they did not contact me to inform me that it couldn't be done instead of having me wait for over 2 hours, thinking they were working on my vehicle. I returned the tires when this situation happened, not because they couldn't install the tires but for not contacting me. I ended up taking the vehicle to another establishment to get it done, It has been almost 4 weeks since this incident occurred, and I still have not received a refund for the tires that were returned.

      I ordered online and cancelled the order but it only cancelled some of the items. The items I received I returned the day I got them. On the receipt it states the refund could take 2 weeks. I sent a message bc it has almost been two weeks. They issued the refund but stated it will take 10 days. Thats a total of almost a month to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM WM ONLINE. I'm guessing the employees didn't return it in a timely matter. Why it takes 10 days for the refund to post to my account when it comes out of my bank account the day I purchased is absurd.

      improper ethics in not disclosing that the assembly fee would be routed to a third party vendor. while I did not directly contract with this vendor, walmart.com is washing its hands for this complaint. I am supposed to contact this vendor, again, with whom I was not party to the arrangement. walmart ethics will not take this case as they only deal with in-store ethics violations. In find this practice egregious and unethical, and after numerous calls and on-line chats am left aggravated and unsatisfied
