      I ordered groceries online at Walmart super center on Hulen St and Oakmont St in Fort Worth, Texas. I scheduled to pick up my order between 8-9pm. I got there at 8:25, checked in and my space number. I get an email from Walmart saying I picked up my order at 8:29 without getting my order. Finally around 8:55 someone comes and got my name for my order. The person only brought half of my order and said they forgot the frozen items. They brought the rest of my order but 1 item was missing. I told the worker and he looked himself and said it will be a minute. 20 minutes later, still no item. At 9:30 I asked him about my item and his response he had other customers to take care of. I understand you have customers but as a former manager myself, you take care of that customer and make sure their order is complete. I didn’t leave until 9:30 over an hour there. If anyone goes to this Walmart for online orders, be careful plus they had 1 person taking care of about 10 customers orders.

      I ordered a TV from Walmart.com to be delivered to my house on July 5, 2022. Received notification it would be delivered on 7/13. On 7/6 I got an email that the tv would be delivered from my local store that evening. I had plans but cancelled because I can't leave a TV sitting outside after being delivered. The order NEVER showed up. I called my local Walmart to solve this problem. Over 17, I repeat 17 times I called & they do NOT answer their phones. I then called a # attached to the order. They told me sorry, it's not coming & wait until the 13th.
      Mistakes happen, fine. On 7/11 I got an email that the tv was delivered. It was not. Again, I called the # attached to the email & told them I did NOT receive my order. Again, sorry but you have to wait 48 hours to make sure it's not delivered. I had to take the next 2 days off work waiting for this delivery. It's a large TV & cannot sit outside for hours on my porch.
      After waiting 48 hours they said sorry. We'll put an Urgent on your order & it will be at your house by 10pm. It did NOT show up.
      I tried calling my local Walmart again over 10 times only to be disconnected before the phone was answered. I then went to the store to speak to the manager. He couldn't speak to me so I spoke to an assistant manager. She found out that the order was sent to a Walmart store 30 minutes away. That's why it wasn't delivered. Simple solution would have been if they answered their phone I would have my TV.
      I had to call back the walmart.com # to put in a cancellation & to get a refund. I have been so frustrated, angry, disappointed with how this matter was handled. Walmart seems to think 'sorry' is a suitable explanation to their mistakes. I've missed work. Never have I had such terrible service from an online order.
      I left a message for the store manager to contact me. Two days ago. He has NOT contacted me back. I want my TV & was hoping he could help assure it's delivery.

      My name is Karen kephart I am so beyond disappointed with Walmart I have had bad experience upon that experience I would think Walmart being such a big corporation would really value the people that help to establish them that way I have shops at Walmart for years let me say I'm sure this email will go nowhere I'm sure it'll be placed amongst many emails of complaints about your store let me start by saying this on December 22nd me and my daughter went shopping in your store in Erie PA on Buffalo road I have ra arthritis in both knees I used one of your motorized chairs my 12-year-old daughter push the cart behind me I saw a three-step ladder I asked her to place it in the top basket which she did a few minutes later she said mommy can I put this back I don't think you really need this I laughed and said yeah I didn't really come here for that anyways just to pick up items for the house later we got to the self checkout I checked out my items I had two transactions on my last transaction the register stopped and associate approached me asked me for my receipts which I politely gave them to her she checked my bags and my receipts and said thank you ma'am I see everything you're good I said thank you she said have a good night I said you as well as we headed towards the door security approached me and asked me if I knew that was under my cart I looked and there was the step ladder my daughter had placed it under the cart when she had tried to cut through the aisle away to get to me which I did not know for she was behind me the whole time had they had not taken the time to watch the cameras they would have saw that we separated I went to the shoe department and as she tried to get to me she couldn't so she then proceeded to place the ladder under the cart she didn't tell me that she had placed it under there and had forgotten it was under there now I know now that the associates when they suspect theft they have the authority to stop the registers what she did and th

      They are scamming scum of the earth. Lets start with the fact I used Walmart.com and I ordered a TV last summer (2021) that never showed up. Months of going through hell with them I just gave up. I have a credit card with my kids as authorized users who only use this card for IN STORE purchases of groceries, yet May 2022 and June 2022 W+ charged me 12.95 (twice) for a membership. I called to cancel and they "said I dont have a subscription, they cant find me or my kids or my card and there is nothing they can do about it go turn off my debit". I will be not only be leaving bad reviews, but I will be cancelling them and I never shop there again. SCUM!

      Purchased TV online and took off the day it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. No ETA was provided just before end of day. I had to sign for package so I had to be home Package never showed and I was not notified. Contacted Walmart and Fedex and no new ETA was given except sometime in the next 48 hours. I couldnt dedicate another full day to FedEx maybe showing up. Walmart informed me that since I couldnt just drop everything and wait on delivery that my only option was a refund in 7 days. This is unacceptable I fulfilled my responsibilities be being home for delivery during time specified. I received nothing of value for my money yet they expect to hold the money another 7 days. Seems like this would be illegal I know its wrong. Walmart values the interest on that money more than they do satisfied customers. They have no right to hold the money I received nothing for.

      I informed Walmart that I would not be home the next day(Thursday) !and not to attempt delivery. When I got home FedEx had left attempted delivery and would try again today. I take another day out of schedule and wait on package. I receive a message that delivery has been attempted but I wasnt here. I have been in my living room with the door open all morning. I have camera watching driveway and a driveway alarm. FedEx has not been here. Contacted Walmart and FedEx. Walmart tells me that package will be delivered today and FedEx will call before arrival. I receive message from FedEx that delivery will be tomorrow. I have already devoted 2 days to get package. Contact Walmart and they tell me package will be here between 3 andc4 tomorrow. FedEx tracking says `By end of day tomorrow so I call them to verify. FedEx cant give me a estimated time tomorrow and tells me I need to be here all day package could be delivered any time before end of day. I tell them I cant devote another day. FedEx says package will be delivered automatically tomorrow and asks me to sign for package ahead of time. I refuse because it's a TV and I want to make sure it's not damaged.. Somebody needs to do something about this.
