    On May 15, 2024 Sunrise Solar salesmen (2) came to our home during a power outage in our neighborhood to sell us Solar Panels. Fortunately, we have a Generac System which was in full operation during that outage. The salesmen commented that our neighborhood was noisy from all of the generators. We did listen to the information about the Solar Panels and decided it would be a good investment for our total electric home. We signed the attached contract for the installation, monitoring, and 25 year Warranty/Guaranties for the Solar Hotovoltaic (PV) system. The cost of the system is $72,046.26. The system was installed in mid-July 2024. We were told that we would receive a bill from ******* ******** for 3 months and then we should not receive bills or if we did they should be minimal. We were told we would receive a tax break on the system and the Sunrise Solar Co. would receive the offset reducing our cost by some $30,000. Which at this point I believe is questionable. The main complaint is that the system is not operating to provide electricity. At this time our home is operating off of ******* ******** of which I received a bill for the month of November and December for $464.54. The monitoring app shows that the system is not working. We experience abrupt electrical fluctuations. I am concerned that the system is not safe! The company phone goes to voice mail, and no one will return our calls. We have left messages and are concerned that we have been scammed. We have called the company at ***** ********. The installer, ****** **** ***** ******** does not return our calls. We want this expensive system to work properly. ******* ********al would not approve the system 3 times, and then finally approved for operation. This company should not receive an A+ rating. Did they purchase this rating from you? Please intervene ASAP.

    Hello ******* and ******. After speaking today, we have a plan in place to visit your home and install additional equipment to make sure that the system is communicating with us and you properly. Our electrician will also be taking a look at all of the work done regarding the system to ensure there are no issues present, and if there are, make any necessary repairs to guarantee the system is functional. After determining that information was not being shared as it should in regards to the sales company that visited your home, we have a clear line to communicate directly with us should any issues arise after our electrician comes to diagnose and/or repair the system. We appreciate you communicating with us when you have a problem and we are committed to making sure it is working as it should for you!
