1 starIt’s a 1 bc I can’t go 0.. the techs in the field, they’re great! Work hard and are great people! The guys in the offices, behind the keyboards, appear to not care one bit about anything except getting that $$ rolling in for their commissions or whatever.. terrible. I’ve got a system that was installed starting in January, might have finished in March. They appear to be stretching the crews too thin and not allowing enough time to setup systems. The suits lied to the finance company and said I had been operating since March, but when May hit, the finance company was shocked to learn my system was not running. That it had never been running. And now it’s July 5, and it’s still not working. I’m paying for an electric bill, and making payments on the solar that doesn’t work. The techs are waiting on everyone else.. I’m waiting on the promises made by the office, but doubtful. Ready for them to remove everything and cancel the whole thing. Ridiculous

5 starsJosh ******* was our Salesman, and he was Absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped us through the whole process and explained each step clearly. Sunrise Solar prepared all the paperwork for us and made the transition to solar smooth.
We did compare them to other companies. Not only did they beat the competition in cost but also efficiency.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the installation process. They were punctual, courteous, and worked efficiently to get everything set up. 5 starsAfter having over half of our 66 panel array down for a year and a half, and after having jumped through all kinds of hoops to get our contract transferred from the fraudulent company that had originally installed the system, Sunrise Solar was able to get us back online and producing power again. We are so grateful for their help in the transfer and the work on our system. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.
