    My current address is ** ******* ****, Bella Vista, AR 72715. The service address was **** ** ***** **., Atkins, AR 72823. In October 2024 I notified LRS we were moving and to cancel our trash service. The customer service rep advised me at that time we had a refund of approximately $1,600 because the bank sent them monthly payments instead of quarterly. She advised she would send a refund but it could take 90 days. I called at different times to check on the status. In December I was told the person submitting the refund didn’t do it correctly and it had to be resubmitted again (11-8-24). I admit I called them every so often. On 1-29-25 I was told it had to be submitted to the corporate office in Chicago because of the amount. Today I was told they had not received anything from the corporate office. In addition I left numerous messages with Customer Service requesting a supervisor call me. To this date that has not happened. This is a lot of money to me and I need it. Also since we have moved I need to cancel our post office box which I was using when all this started. I told Customer Service in December about this but was told if I gave another address that would complicate things so I have kept it. Please help me get my refund. Thank you.

    We have asked multiple times for the company to stop billing us. We don't have an account currently nor in the last year. When we did they didn't pick up our trash due to the fact we are out of service range. The company was purchased by LRS and keep billing us for a service we never received because we are outside of the service area. We would like the bills to be eliminated as we do not have a contract with this company since July 2022.

    funds to be returned to Ms. *******. The refund process can take up to 90 days
    as checks are processed through our corporate office in Chicago. Please confirm
    a new mailing address if possible. I apologize for the inconvenience and
    appreciate Ms. *******’s patience.
