    LRS bought out our local trash service. Unknown to me my auto pay with my former service did not transfer. I attempted to communicate with LRS via email regarding billing no less than 12 times in 8 or 9 months. Never once did I receive a reply even though their auto email reply acknowledged my message every time. I sent personal checks for payment and many times they were uncashed for several months and I don't believe even then that all of my payments were applied to my account which Id boldly printed on each payment. Around Christmas 2023 LRS trash pickup became very erratic. I assumed it was due to holiday scheduling but it never recovered. I kept track later and trash pickup dropped to once every 3 weeks on average and then stopped altogether. I never received any type of notice whatsoever - my full trash can has been sitting on my curb for around 6 weeks. I've asked around and this seems to be common with LRS - erratic to non pickup....although not providing service they've continued to bill others for two years after their cancellation...others were prepaid for a year with our former pickup service and lost half a years payments since LRS continues to bill them monthly (i.e effectively double billing them). Everyone involved has received zero communication from LRS as im told. Other than a steady monthly charge it is obvious LRS company has no idea what is going on internally. No excuse for such long term incompetence and lack of communication!
