    On Sept. 6 we paid them $1,450 to coat our deck. They said that they would be there the next week. They never showed up to do the work.. I tried to call several times before I finally reached him.. He then said that they would be there the next day and again they didn’t show up. I have been trying to reach him by phone and text but I have gotten no answers. I would like for them to do the job or refund the money..

    Had an estimate done by this company to recoat pool deck, changed the job site several times, was told there would be a wait. Services never rendered. Now having trouble getting in contact with Kevin, the person originally working with.

    Work was contracted April 13, paying 1/2 service fee. Work was scheduled to be done on May 16. ***** ******* called to schedule on May 18, but did not show up. I’ve called, left messages & texted & he has not returned my calls.

    In July of 2022, we signed a contract with We Do Concrete Coatings out of Bismarck AR. As of this date, they have not completed the work. They no longer answer their phone. The work was completely paid for and has not been completed. They are now operating under Parthenon Concrete Coating. They have a 20 year guarantee, but they will not answer their phone, nor are they located in an office in Hot Springs.
    1. The driveway has already cracked in less than a year.
    2. The pool coping has torn bathing suits and cut peoples legs/feet when on it.
    3. The tile has not been cleaned up from the application process.
    4. The amount of flake that was in the pool, broke several parts on the pool filter/pump that we had to repair.

    We just want the work completed that has been paid for. The salesman nor the company owner will respond via phone.
