  Little Rock ar I hired them 20 September 2024 I saw the add on the Facebook and Kevin provide me an estimate and they are couple of partners and operating under the A state stain and epoxy and Parthenon custom coating and we do a concrete and they have couples of different phone numbers Kevin and Patrick ******* and wrote the check to Patrick ******* and Kevin and Patrick did my floor but after the job done my floors was sticky and I asked them what to do he said he will do the floor again but never showed up and and I asked them do the job or refund my half money never call me or text me back they are bad business that won't come back to fix the work just took your money and despaired I hope them license cancelled.

  Paragould AR-Saw add on FB so I called we do concrete coating to have my walkways and patio, porch done. Owner showed up to Paragould few days later to discuss what I wanted done and said he had three more to do in Jonesboro. I hired him to do the job and paid him 3,400 cash that what he wanted. A few days later two guy from the company we do concrete showed up and did the job. They got here about 2pm and finished after dark. In the dark the job looked find but the next morning it looked like a mess. They had missed spots where you put the stuff that goes on it.
  I called and complained to owner and he said no problem you got a 30 year warranty I’ll send them back to fix the problem and they can come in the next three days cause they got another to do in the area. No show so I called again and was told they got busy and can send them two weeks no show. I called and texted several other times and assured me they will get in done no show. The job was done in Oct 2022. I called the attorney friend of mine in Missouri and he sent them a letter saying they had 10 day to fix the problem. No show so hopefully you can do something.

  They are a bad business that won't come back to fixes there work even with a lifetime warranty. I have called and text they say there coming but no show.

  First of all, I would like to say my initial interaction with them was positive. They were timely in coming to give a quote and timely for completing the job. The final product looked great. However, within a year I have cracks developing which I was told would not happen. I have contacted them numerous times since mid-March and they have said they would come look at it, but will never show up. This is terrible customer service and I would advise anyone against using this company

  They failed to include the silica sand. My 80-year-old husband fell and hit his head and was med-flighted to St. Vincents with bleeding in the brain. They promised to fix the problem but lie and never show up.
