      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Jonesboro Cycle and ATV company, regarding an unresolved issue with a Four Trax Recon Base 2024 make Honda I purchased. I purchased the honda and paid off the balance in full. However, the company added an additional charge, which they agreed to remove, but have not done so despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company. I have not recieved a satisfactory response or resolution. I am now seeking assistance from the BBB to address this issue. I kindly request that BBB interven to assure that Jonesboro Cycle & ATV removes the unwanted charges & correct my account balance accordingly. I have attached a copy of everything you'll need.

      These warranties have been cancelled and a check, which is attached, was sent to her lien holder on 11/11/2024 to be applied to the loan. Per her cancellation request, this has been completed and is now between her and her lien holder. There was not a lien release with her request and legally we have to refund any monies back to the lien holder if the warranties were financed in.

      We have attempted to reach out several times regarding taking off our warranty and our gap insurance as the ATV had an electrical issue and caught fire. Emails have been send and messages left. We have even went out there in person. No one has contacted at us back in anyway and we have been told they are out on vacation when we go in person to speak to a the financial manager.

      A cancellation request must be submitted to begin the process of any backend warranty/gap cancellation. This can be requested via email  [email protected]. Also, I am showing a lien holder, so for Gap to be cancelled, the customer would be required to have a fully satisfied lien release to cancel this product. I have checked the emails for the cancellations and there has not been anything requested or received from this customer. Our policy is to have all requested, signed cancellations processed in a 90 business day period.

      I purchased a 2025 GSXR 600 on 8/26/24. Was a monday, they opened the store to allow me to purchase this bike. paid in full 11,932.94. Normal routine paper work, check etc. Saleesmen Kevin ****** did not got over any procedures, I did not sign any paper acknowledging Kevin went over the procedures of the bike. I did not recieve a owners manual.This was my first sports bike, I mentioned the chain had alot of slack. He said that was normal for sports bikes. They inspect them before they are put on the showroom floor. He gets me gas, Im on my way. Had the bike 1 week exactly 500 miles on it . Coming off the interstate downshift from 5th to 3rd let out on the clutch chain pops off . Puttin a hole in the case. I return the bike to the dealer, they call suzuki to send a inspector . 4 weeks i wait. They tell us they have never had this happen or seen it. The inspector rules it as maintanice error. I always checked the air in the tires,lights Looked at the chain, it was the same as when i pulled off the showroom floor. Bike has 500 miles on it. I downloaded a Factory suzuki maual, It says rthe chain needs to be INSPECTED at 600 miles. Now they want 10,000 to put a motor on it. There is no reason a chain should come off a week old 2025 motorcycle. I had not touched a bolt on the bike EXCEPT the licenses plate holder to add a relocated one. They have since been rude, unwilling to work with me in any way. This is the worst costomer service Ive ever recieved from a business. After spending 12,000 You would think they be somewhat helpful WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING

      Purchased a brand new 2024 Can-am Maverick DS Turbo 1000side by side. Dealer left plastic bag in air intake and filter not installed correctly and bag sucked up into Turbo. Check engine light is now on which initiated me searching for issue and finding the plastic bag in the air box and turbo.

      Rear brakes squeak excessively.

      Fuel gauge does not work and reads full

      Spoke to business manager and she stated to contact service, service didn’t answer so remained on hold for another 10 minutes. Business manager said she would speak with sales manager for an exchange on Monday and now have not heard from her for another 3 days and left voicemails and business manager is ignoring and can am BRP company is not responding to emails. Can am/ Jonesboro cycle and atv / and BRP are not responding to fix our $20k side by side and haven’t owned it for 48hrs when everything started breaking. Horrible customer service that only wants your money and cares nothing about the product they are selling!!!!

      Purchased a vehicle from them and purchased GAP insurance. I paid the vehicle off within the first week of purchasing and attempted to cancel my GAP insurance through them as required. I provided them all of the documents in 5/13/2024. They have refused to communicate with me via email or phone about the status of the refund.

      *** ******** has been contacted concerning this matter, last communication was on 7/20/2024 @13:00. Our business processes cancellations of back end warranties/Gap at a 90 business day turn around. Paperwork was submitted, had to wait for a lien release, refund has been processed with a check going out on the last day of the month (this is policy for ALL cancellations refunds). Per email, was informed *** ******** was happy with going forward and he is aware of the refund date.

      Requested parts that were missing when the vehicle was built. I purchased the vehicle in August of 2023. I travelled over 600 miles round-trip because this dealer had the best price I could find. When I got home with the vehicle, I discovered that 2 body attachments had not been attached at the place of manufacture. I called the salesman within the first week that I owned the vehicle. Over 2 months have passed since I texted him, and I still do not have the attachments. I have called or texted the salesman about 20 times within the last 2 months. He has never (even once) been proactive to follow up on this issue. I cannot believe that a dealer of this size has such terrible customer after the sale.

      I bought this bike approximately 2 months ago brand new off the floor. Got it home, the bike had multiple electrical problems. Half of the electrical system did not work. Oil was also coming out of the cylinder as well. I took it back to the dealership, they worked on it for 3 weeks and it came back to me still blowing oil out of the side of the engine. I took the bike back and said I would like a replacement or another bike because this one has too many problems. They weren’t very helpful trying to take care of me. They offered me a little over half of what I paid for this bike on trade it because they said they are treating it like a used bike. It has 0.7 hours on it. Not even a complete hour. With what they offered me I would be losing almost 5000.00 just because I wanted a dirt bike to ride. They have not been helpful in trying to give me a fair trade. I don’t know where to go from here, the bike is still in their shop and all they care about is their pocketbook and not their customers. Please help me find a resolution to this. I will not be returning for business. I needed another bike to race and fulfill my sponsorships. I guess I just picked the wrong place to purchase one.

      Customer bought the bike, the bike had a warranty issue, and he dropped the bike off, we fixed the issue, and we delivered the bike over 2 hours away after the problems are fixed. Customer is having buyers remorse, we have completed everything, customer told us to stop working on it and get it ready for pick up and decided to slander us on Facebook, and google. We have no interest in helping the customer from this point moving forward.

      10/7/2022 Purchased new 2023 Northstar ranger. Took delivery and salesman acknowledged windshield had large gap on one side and would not function properly on open and close. Was told to bring back at first service it would be resolved no problem.

      11/18/2022 Took in for service. Called ahead about the windshield and they stated it was a known issue from the build team and it would be handled no problem. When I picked it up the windshield was not fixed. they stated bring it back next service and it would be resolved no problem. They stated they needed to order some parts for it.

      4/5/2023 Called ahead about the windshield and noted a brake line had become detached. Got a call back stating I needed a new axels, new brake pads (machine only had 27 hours on it) and I was going to need to pay the windshield. After a few weeks I finally got a call back stating they had made a mistake and the dealer would pay for the windshield since it was a known issue from the sale. Stated the other work would not be covered any extended warranty

      6/3/2023 I get a call stating its ready. I asked if the windshield had been resolved once and for all and he put me on hold and came back on and said yes. it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the windshield had not been fixed. The inside ceiling liner was and other parts were on the floor. I was at the dealer for 2 hours picking this up. I paid the $1,964 just to get my polaris and get out of there.

      6/20/2023 Took to another reputable polaris dealer. They looked it over and quickly determined it had a bent frame. Stated that is the reason for windshield not fitting right from the beginning. Also, that the polaris still had factory brake on it.

      I called the extended warranty dealer and they did not have the warranty the Jonesboro sold me. I reached out to Jonesboro cycle, they stated they had forgot to submit the paperwork. Its not confirmed active.

      The axle and other work could not have been submitted to the warranty company at that time for them to deny.

      I have read through your Repair Order and see you went through some employee changes during this time.  I can guarantee you we will work with Polaris to go over any issue you are going through on Warrantable Defects.  Polaris is aware we have been through several issues of the Northstar's windshields not lining up.  I'm the new Service Manager and would like to try and earn your business back.  The amount you paid for pick up is something I will have to work through and see how we can make this right.  I do see the notes where the repairs performed are very hard to get covered under warranty,  being wearable items and can quickly need replaced due to driving in rough terrain, mud, water ect.  The extended warranty you mention does not start until your factory warranty ends.  Your unit is within Factory Warranty until 10/06/23.  Please reach out to us,  or I can call you... so the new team here can dive into your issue and work with Polaris to provide a better solution.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They have used this excuse of turnover since last year.  Caleb is the guy that has been working on this.

      They charged me for brake pads and original are still on there.

      Also, sold me a Polaris bent frame and had to replace axel in first 25 hours of operation.  

      they lied to me on the phone on multiple occasions.  

      They have not handled this appropriately.

      They have wasted so much of my time

      Afternoon,  Looks like there was a lot of moving during this time..  It is an excuse and that's why we would like to figure it out, but Caleb (me) was moved to another team for a Month and Corey is the one that was working with you in the notes after I was moved.  All the way to when you picked up with him.  You mentioned previously that you wanted us to work with Polaris to get the issue fixed.  I can guarantee that will happen.  I can't make the decision for them, but will send any and all info needed for them to make an educated final decision and push for it to be in your favor.  I know you said you reject the reply...are you wanting us to work with Polaris to try and move forward with this?  If I can get them to cover the wearable items for you then I can move forward with getting you some money back...including money for transportation if that is what you are needing.  I checked you in at drop off, but was not here to help the team follow through with your Repairs and I apologize.  I can arrange for your unit to be picked up and re delivered to you  (Polaris requires the unit at the Dealership during the case for troubleshooting and repairs).  It will not take Months to get this done.  We will have the windshield issue diagnosed by next day with all info needed uploaded to a Polaris Case same day.  Please let me know if you want us to move forward with this so we can start making arrangements with you for pick up as soon as possible.  I'm back in the department to Help.  Let me know if we can make this right sir.
