      I’ve been annoyed with OG&E since first having them for other places I lived, but now I’m mad. I take full accountability that my account was past due. Things have been hard and I feel they add unnecessary charges even though they explain them to be beneficial. Like a $200 and something connection fee is nonsense for a small apartment. We had an installment plan on our previous bill and paid it off, but this last time I did not realize that if you went past the due date they ban you from financial assistance for a year. So no financial assistance. The customer service line is just an automated call that does not help and had to call the corporate office to contact an actual human. The main reason though is I’m writing a review due to the fact my power was shut off, sent one disconnection notice in the mail. The woman I spoke to did apologize due to them not actually sending the second one they were supposed to. I also was told I received the call before disconnection and I have only one call from an Oklahoma number that left a voicemail and that was from the 17th of Oct and you cannot understand the voicemail. They are a crooked company from my experience that you are forced to use.

      I have been forced to by a customer for over seven years, and have never been late on my payments. But the company keeps turning my service off just by someone mistakingly giving the wrong address. This happens two or more times a year where I have to pay a deposit again and again. The customer service representatives on the phone are rude, and don't care about anything other than their scripts. The managers know they give bad customer service, and will not call anyone back. The worse part is if you want to power your home then you have no other choice, and have to deal with pirates that charge you to pay your bill.

      Curious as to how it is legal to be charged a $117 deposit fee for making a late payment when your electric was never cut off. SERVICE WAS NEVER INTERRUPTED!! OG&E is a scam!! Stealing money from people when it is already hard enough to get by!

      My power was shut off today because O.G.E applied my money I paid to the wrong account. I am on oxygen and must have power to run my nebulizer and home air unit.after spending almost 2 hours on hold and completely out of oxygen the so-called representative answered the phone and realized what happens. And She said there is NO ISSUES. YEA OK.asked her if she had ever run out of oxygen. She replied THAT SHE WAS STILL HERE.Shame on you O.G

      Back in June when we had a bad storm that knocked out our power it also knocked out our security light. When the lights came back on the security light did not. It was out for almost an entire month and I have let OG&e know this but yet they are still trying to charge me full price for the security light. I have talked to them repeatedly about it and they still show it on my bill.

      OG&E said I had insufficient funds in my bank account after I paid a bill. After talking with my bank it was stated they never requested the money. OG&E claims that my account information was incorrect. I received notice in the mail that if my account had another “dishonest” check they would add a deposit. The company decided to add the deposit anyways and refused to waive it. Ignoring what was sent in black and white. The company is a monopoly and bullies its customers.

      They are a scam they overcharge the rude and they are charging people. Extra deposits when the people are struggling just to pay their bill. They charge me an extra $610 deposit because my payment have been late and wasn’t paid on the due date, but my service has never been shut off because it was always paid before the shut off.
