I spent over $200 buying three season passes to Magic Springs in May. We have been once since they opened. The first visit half the rides in the main park were closed or down and the water park in its entirety was closed. Monitoring the parks rides weekly based off other park goers has shown Magic Springs constantly has over half their rides closed or under maintenance. They are effectively scamming people out of money charging full price for a sub par experience. I have tried multiple times to go back to the park but I can't justify my loss. I feel like I've been robbed because what am I to do when I paid for a service and everything is constantly closed?

    Mr. M******

Thank you for sharing your concern.  We are sorry you were disappointed in the park.  We welcome guests to contact us with concerns as to make improvements and resolve issues.  I am sorry if you were not able to do this by contacting us directly.  We do have several attractions closed as we are unable to get the parts to repair the rides.  Because of this we are trying to be transparent with our guests by listing all attractions that will be closed for an extended period on the top of our website FAQ page.  Periodically rides may be unavailable for a short duration of time throughout your visit due to maintenance, park staffing levels or weather.  When this happens rides are re-opened as quickly as possible.  In addition to listing items on the website we place signage at the gate to inform guests as well as inform guests when they call the park regarding a visit.  Please know that season passholders are very important to us and we work hard to try and provide a pleasant experience for all.  We understand that we have fallen short with the supply chain issues we are facing as well as staffing challenges as we get later in the season.  We are happy to try and make things right by you and your family, but will need some information to do so.  I will need to find out where you purchased your passes.  If online can you provide me with the confirmation number of the last four digits of the card used.  If purchased at the park, do you have your receipt or the last four digits of the card used.  I can try to look up the order.  Feel free to reply to me through the BBB or email me directly at *******@magicsprings.com so that I can assist you.

    Thank You

We really enjoyed magic springs the first time we went that is why we decided to buy season passes. Unfortunately, it has been terrible every time we have gone since. They have half the attractions closed and are always closing the wave pool because it’s dirty- at least that is what they are telling people. I also noticed they were running the water slide with the water level under the line shown for what is safe.

I just overall think there needs to be more employees and better maintenance. They also need to do something about the tubs at the lazy River- people are always trying to swipe the tubes that you pay to use .
