    Though they have promoted an event for a month as a pass holder and frequent to the park it was not a good experience to be told that it was our faught for not already purchasing tickets that they never stated and or shared at anytime would sell out and or only have a limited compassity. The did not send updated emails regarding this nor informed on an media outlets to give awareness and carried a tone of oh well they don't care.

    We purchased two season passes and several daily tickets for this amusement park Wednesday the 31st of May. Nowhere on their website or anywhere outside the park was it posted that four of the parks largest rides, they only have six large rides total, would be shit down indefinitely. Then the park has the audacity to allow a reality show or something with cameras to skip lines and shove kids out of the way to film,after we paid full price to get in to a park with less than 50% operating rides. What this company has done amounts to false advertising, I was sold tickets to a working amusement park, not one in the middle of being shut down. What am I supposed to do with these season passes when one of the roller coasters has a sign stating it has been down since 2022 and the rest are all shut down? I do know, my family will never return to this so called amusement park, and I hope you can look into what is happening at this park and why they feel the need to lie to potential customers to bring them into a dying park that is half shut down.

    Thank you for providing your review. We apologize for any disappointment you experienced during your visit. In order to maintain transparency with our guests, we post any attractions that will be closed for an extended period of time on our website's FAQ section as well as on signs outside the front gate so that guests are informed before making a purchase and entering the park. I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced at the rides. We did have Visit Hot Springs in the park filming to promote Hot Springs and did our best not to impede guests from riding rides and enjoying the park. We were careful to communicate what was going on to guests and did not remove any one from the ride, but it seems there was miscommunication with your family. We are very sorry for that. We genuinely hope that you will give us another chance to serve you this season, and we strive to provide you with a more enjoyable experience.     If you're having "staffing challenges" and/or other issues resulting in the MAJORITY of your attractions being closed...maybe don't charge full price. I live near a water park. I don't come to magic springs for the water park. I'm there for the rides. However when the log ride, the arkansas twister, the hawk, big bad john, the x-coaster, the rum runner, etc are ALL CLOSED ON THE SAME DAY, what am I to do? Take the kids over to the splash park? THAT WAS CLOSED TOO! That and most of the water rides as well. If Magic Springs is going to promote itself as an amusement park then it needs to BE an amusement park. If not, if that's too much to expect, then they should discount admission. Because as of now, it is little more than Arkansas' most expensive swimming pool.

    Thank you for your review. We are sorry that we disappointed you. We have not only had staffing challenges, but on the theme park side of the park we do have rides that are closed as there are supply chain issues with ride parts. We are also disappointed that we do not have all of our attractions available to guests. In an effort to be transparent with our guests we do list any attraction that will be closed for the entire operating day on the top of the website FAQ page and update this list daily. We are unable to offer a deeply discounted rate as it would increase attendance and create longer lines at the attractions available which would contribute to a less than favorable visit. Guest services has been working with guests to resolve concerns to the best of our ability. We appreciate your patronage and hope that you will give us another chance as things improve.
