I HAVE NEVER ASKED THE COMPANY TO CALL ME NOR ASKED FOR THEIR SERVICES. TODAY I RECEIVED TEN PHONE CALLS ALL DIFFERENT NUMBERS WITHIN A 30 MINUTE TIME FRAME. I ASKED TWICE TO STOP CALLING. THEY LAUGHED AT ME. I DID CALL THE HOME OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH "DESSIE" WHO SAID THEY HAVE 10 CALLERS AT THEIR SERVICE, SHE WAS NOT THE MOST PLEASANT AND AFTER 10 CALLS NEITHER WAS I . TRIED TO MAKE MYSELF CLEAR THAT I DO NOT WANT THEM CALLING ME. I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE DO NOT CALL.GOV ON ALL NUMBERS THAT CALLED ME. IT IS A SURE SIGN THAT I WILL NEVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK

Ms *******, I’m sorry that a few phones calls has upset you so much. When you put your phone number on a site on the internet, the company that owns that site sells your information to many companies. If you don’t want someone to call you, don’t give out your phone number.Review fromGAIL T

5 starsI love my new walk in shower! After telling the salesman about a bad shower install that was done many years ago, he told me that one installer stood out. I was told that if I did not mind a 2-3 day install with just one man working for those days, I told him I simply wanted the job done well. I can tell you that one man, Shane *****, was the most through installer that there is! I have never seen any better workmanship! He did not rush at all and as a result, the shower turned out to be more that I could have dreamed possible. The job took not 3 but 2 days. The second day was a LONG day for Shane as he worked well into the evening to complete him task. I can not thank him enough. This is the first time in years that I have experienced someone with so much PRIDE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP! THANK YOU!!!!Review fromPatricia B

I was well pleased with the sales person. He gave me facts and figures, he listed everything I wanted in a new shower. Answered my questions and gave me discounts. The installer did a good job . Bath Planet redid 2 of our showers, and they did a wonderful job! They were quick to schedule, came when they said they would, and responded to any questions or concerns with extreme professionalism. For our tub-to-shower conversion we met with a few companies to do the job, but we are so glad that Bath Planet was our choice! The estimate was fair (and lower than others) after a very thorough look at what we wanted done in a certain style to match the rest of the bathroom. We like the way they listened to us and our needs with real attention and they didn't hype stuff up to try to impress us. Bath Planet came back on time and well prepared to do the job. It was done well and, even though they took their time on details, the project was finished within a day and just as we had agreed to in the proposal. Terrific, polite experts who seemed to appreciate our home as much as we do.
If you are looking for a tub-to-shower conversion, we heartedly recommend Bath Planet!

Our experience with Bath Planet was wonderful from beginning to end. The salesman was super nice and very informative! The installers were fantastic! Very good and friendly guys that came in and installed my showers I got 2 of em done in my trailer and looks very good in em and habe alot more room thanks to bath planet I have good showers now instead of a tub that had duck tape on it lol the lightning design looks really good I already told em bout em to people at work and they said they will call em soon to see if they can get a shower put in there houseThe Bath Planet of Arkansas, LLC

After setting up for my walk in shower, I received a call for the installation appointment.
Thinking it was a crew, 1 person showed up, on time and ready to work. I was told it was a 1 to 3 day install, and that seemed logical with a crew, I had my doubts about the quality, especially with one person.
He started on a Monday, Wednesday he was finished.
The cosmetics are fantastic, workmanship, outstanding.

Bath Planet of Arkansas did a wonderful job with my bathroom renovation. I now have a beautiful, spacious walk-in shower with a bench. The men that did the work were top notch.
