      This is the worst customer service the worst customer the worst plan ever I ever had in my life they didn't they upgraded my plan for 2 gigs but never gave me my two kids plan for three or four months they didn't credit me they charged me $20 for being paying it on the second instead of the 1st I said it was like months $120 worth they're the worst Crooks ever

      Was told after 3 months of on time payments we would receive a 300 visa card. It never happened. Won't go back

      I asked for install at 3 p.m he got here early my wife let him in I specifically told them not to start till I got there he sent me a message at 12 said he was ahead of schedule and sterted working when my wife let him in he set up the wifi box 12 inches away from the stove in the kitchen when I told him it needed to be In the living room he said there was nothing he could do do I told him to just take it out if he had waited for me to get here I would have refused install from the start with that being the case they couldn't even get the wall plate straight it was easily 5 degrees off level I could have done a better job installing it myself would have been where I wanted it and there would not have been an issue what a deal breaker and I know how good there service is I've had them before I think they could have worked out somthing if they tried but it was simply about slapping in a unit and leaving for them

      Charging me money for their incompetence. I got a call to update my credit card information, so I updated it for them, and whoever did not click the autopay button where the card would be charged monthly. As a result of that, I have been sent on a wild goose chase for the past 2 months. I just got off the phone with them, last month I got charged an $18 late fee, and this month I got charged a $50 reconnect fee even though I was not at fault. They have not waived any of the fees, and they are just trying to dodge accountability. I asked the person for an email, and she put me on hold and left for a few minutes. She came back and said we cannot send out emails, even though before she put me on hold, she said she sent an email to my email on file. Just blatant lies.

      I just want to brag on a technician. Jeremy from Northwest Arkansas was truly AMAZING! He showed up when he said he would and even came back by our office to finish something that I really should've been able to accomplish myself. He wanted to make sure we were 100% happy before he left. He went above and beyond the call of duty, for sure! Great Job, Jeremy! Thank you for caring.

      We have had this company since we were ‘forced’ to use it. We pay $223 a month. I wanted to connect another tv in a bedroom of which cables are already there. $100 for someone to come n check cable to make sure they are ok. I move one tv from another bedroom in there but wanting to connect a new tv permanently in 2nd room. Not wanting Dish or Direct but right now I HATE RITTER!! We are retired n don’t have funds to just give away.

      Absolutely horrible communication. took over a week of calls for them to realize they had the wrong address for installation. Said they could install it only to say they can’t once they made it. THEN proceeded to put “owner wouldn’t let us install” in the remarks which is a complete lie. then said they “probably wouldn’t come back out since those remarks are on there”. I canceled services at prev address THREE MONTHS ago and attempted to reconnect, they tried to charge me for equipment that was picked up THREE months ago. would not recommend to anyone.

      I think a string and two paper cups will work better than Ritter services. The worst service I have ever received. It has been this way for years. We have moved EVERTHING out of town we can to avoid depending on them. Our company down for days tome and time again everytime they do anything

      I live in Lowell Arkansas & Ritter came into our neighborhood to install fiber optic cable . No notice was given to anyone in my neighborhood. Apparently because of easement rules, they can dig your yard up, even if you dont want Ritter. They hit my water line within 30 minutes & have destroyed my front yard. It has been 4 days now & while they connected the water line, it is surrounded by orange mesh & is not covered back up. I was not in agreeance with touching my yard at all & it looks horrible. There are other neighbors whose water lines were damaged as well.

      I’ve had my internet since September 2023. It took weeks for Rightfiber to buy the lines to my house. But they have yet to bury the lines to my neighbor’s house which was installed in the same week. The ground connection is in my yard. The lines go across my yard to my neighbors house. I’ve reached out many times but have gotten no assistance. I just need someone to come out and move the neighbors lines out of my yard.
