      Our Sales Rep. Jason was very good in helping us design our building. He returned phone calls and emails immediately. Jann, Permitting /Licensing Coordinator was very efficient in obtaining our State Permit and Business License necessary for us to build. Darla, Customer Service Manager informed us when our building went to manufacturing and scheduled when the material and crew were arriving. She kept us well informed and updated us on any changes. The installation crew were fantastic. They worked long hours with very little breaks if any. They were so efficient and amazed us how well they worked together. We highly recommend the finished product. It’s outstanding! Our only disappointment was the delay in the building. There was a miscommunication regarding the size of our structure so our building took 6 months longer than promised. This is our third garage build with different companies and there are always hiccups that occur, but we are very pleased overall.

      I ordered a 20 by 20 garage I had specific requirements for the building and placement of the building I ordered my unit and was called 4 weeks later for installation I was told installation could be 4-16 weeks out ended up being 4 so excellent on delivery the crew showed up at 9 am on the scheduled day and got to work instantly I watched these 3 gentleman unload and the foreman came and ask me about placement and any changes I might want and left him to go back at it 5.5 hours later these guys built me a beautiful new garage exactly the way I wanted it for exactly the price so the entire process was perfect they delivered on everything but that crew of 3 guys really did a excellent job you can’t find a flaw I’ve walked around it 100 times admiring it I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a carport or garage

      I ordered a carport for my 84 year old mother over a year ago. From the start nothing but excuses. From no materials to no crew .nothing to do with covid . No calls to me .I reached out several times today I cancelled.i spoke with Jerry from customer service.stephanie .Madison from shipping , they broke the contract by stating to had to pay 50%down before delivery when the contract said to pay upon delivery ..I refused .. corporate scammers .. terrible business practices will turn them into the better Business bureau...       We put a deposit down for a shop in March of this year (2022). We knew it would be installed late summer. It’s now end of September and we got a call saying they could come this weekend to install it. We paid another deposit in order for them to show up. They never showed up. They will not call us back. Absolutely sham of a company. We will seek legal action if we cannot get our money back.

      Happy with the building and the service. Ashley schedule it in good time. Installers did a little extra work ensuring my building was level and cleaned all their trash when they was done.

      TO THOSE COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW LONG THEY HAD TO WAIT FOR INSTALLATION, ONE WORD: COVID !!!!
      THIS COMPANY IS QUALITY ALL AROUND & THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME. ACTUAL HUMANS ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL !! AND THE INSTALLATIONS CREWS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS !!

      They will take your money, but not fulfill your order. They will give you the runaround and have no interest in helping resolve customer issues.

      We had a carport put up somewhere around the beginning of 2021. When we purchased the carport we also purchased additional reinforcing so it could withstand winds of up to 120 mph. We had a wind storm come through in mid June with winds around 60-70 mph and it ripped off a piece of facia on the front of the carport. I filed a claim with the company at the end of June and didn't hear anything more from them. I took it upon myself to call them in October 2021 and the lady I talked to told me she had no record of a complaint from me. I forwarded her the email (along with pictures) that I had sent back in June. Again, I heard nothing from the company. No calls, no emails, nothing. Fast forward to July 2022 and have talked to several different employees and have gotten nowhere with them. I get the same phrase, We have forwarded this claim on to scheduling and someone will be in touch. We actually have had a scheduled appointment from them, I can' remember the exact date, and I think someone actually stopped by our house, but still have not had the repairs done. Waiting for over a year for a simple repair has us very frustrated. I have also attempted to offer a solution to the problem and asked them to send me the part to repair the carport but has fell on deaf ears. If could give them zero stars I would.
