      I ordered the wrong bundles, I called customer service immediately. They ensured that it would be no issue with returning as long as the hair has not been compromised and seal still intact. I returned it and got the correct bundles in less than a week. Kendra has yet to disappoint me with quality, customer service and response time. Forever my most favorite hair vendor.

      Paid $20 for FedEx shipping and it's been almost 2 weeks and my order has yet to ship. They do not answer the phone and will not respond to emails. I have to way of canceling and getting my money back or knowing that I will get the order. Save your money ladies and just order from yummy hair.

      This company is efficient. Shipping was fast, and communication about the whereabouts of package was relayed without me inquiring. I knew where my package was at all times. I received my package fast, and to make sure my product was protected, they required a signature. Lastly, the quality of the hair is amazing.       My bundles looked thin than usually. I’ve been purchasing hair from Kendra for about 11 years now and for some reason they looks really thin this time. However once installed it worked out perfectly and I didn’t need a forth bundle.

      Kendra has the best quality hair for curling coloring washing. I. Have tried other less expensive brands and the feel and texture is not to Kendra’s standards. I am a firm supporter. And if you take care of the hair bc of the high quality it lasts. Thank you.

      The hair is amazing! However the smell of the hair once It gets wet is nauseating.
