      Hospital's lack of professionalism and care for patients.  I have a surgery scheduled Tuesday June 24th. I have been calling Vincent for more than 2 weeks and getting the runaround.  I have left messages.  I have already sent one message and received what appeared to be a computer generated message and did not answer my question or jave anything to do with my problem. I was informed to contact my provider through a portal which I replied, My provider is not the problem.

      Why am I reaching out to them?

      My problem is not being able to speak to anyone at the hospital that knows what is going on.

      The information being requested has nothing to do with my provider but has everything to do with the hospital.

      So please, tell me again WHY am I contacting my provider?

      I need to speak with someone at the hospital regarding my surgery on the 24th of June. I have even asked for an administrator and how to file a complaint at this point. Still no help.

      Our Surgery Director and our Director of Patient Experience have both made multiple attempts - via telephone and email - to contact the patient. We have yet to receive a response.

      We will continue to attempt to reach the patient in an attempt to resolve the issues she has reported.
