      The nursing staff and their leadership are absolutely unwilling to do their job. They left my 83 year old grandmother with a broken hip unattended for hours, even with multiple calls to the nurses from family begging them to help her. They would not assist her with using the bathroom or washing her hands when they were sticky from the meal she received cold 2 hours after the timestamp on the dish for when it was supposed to be delivered. One nurse sat at the nursing station playing with playdoh instead of assisting patients. She has been there three days and no one has offered to bathe her except our family when visiting. If this is what nursing is now, it's shameful. The woman they are neglecting was an RN for 50 years and doesn't understand the neglect she is receiving, she'd have never treat patients like this.
      We spoke with the house supervisor, who was going to "take care of it" after multiple attempts to get a nurse to her room. She did get them to check on her but she received minimal assistance.
