    On September 29, I took my daughter to Urban Air so that she could play with a friend. Upon arrival, I signed and paid for admission at the kiosk. During the admission and payment process at the kiosk, it said it was mandatory to buy a pair of special socks - said it is required for everyone to have on special socks to jump on the trampolines. So I purchased a pair of socks at the kiosk. When I went to the front desk to get a wristband and the socks I had just purchased, the attendant stated that the socks were out of stock and that they were not necessary since they were out of stock. I said, OK - please refund the money I just spent on the required socks since there are none in stock. The attendant then said I will not be getting a refund and that I would need to contact the main office to get a refund. I contacted the main office and they are now telling me I have to get the refund from the store. Something is wrong here - I paid for an item that was deemed REQUIRED but I never received said item and now they will not provide me with a refund. This is an illegal and highly deceptive business practice. Please help.

    I have filed a dispute with my financial institution (Discover) and am also submitting a complaint. I paid for services I did not receive because most of the attractions did not work and they still refused to give a refund and the attractions promised were not granted. It was false advertising and had I known that most of the machines didn’t work, I would have never paid and attended in the first place. I just want a refund of my $71 that’s all and they will never have to worry about me stepping foot in their establishment.
