NEVER waste your money at this place! It’s absolutely horrific. What use to be such a fun place, is now complete and utter TRASH. EVERYTHING is broken, closed or disgusting. Even the broken signs are broken.
They take your money online (or in person - how my MIL paid) and then refuse to refund you anything for attractions you PAID to do, but are BROKEN DOWN and roped/fenced off.
The GM gave management approval to give the kids free icees, and as you can see, even the icee machine was broken.
It was a complete and utter joke.
The GM gave me free basic passes to come back. We bought the most expensive ones, so they could have a blast, not knowing everything was BROKEN, and the free basic passes that she gave me will ONLY allow you jump on the trampolines, that are half roped off, because they are BROKEN. When I asked how that would fix what we paid for, she told me we could pay to upgrade the passes at our future visit for a fee (that we pay). WHAT?! There will be no future visit, because everything is BROKEN. What could I possibly upgrade to? Broken attractions?! That just leads right back to square one.
An employee offered a snack as compensation, but as you can see, they have no snacks, plus 3 out of the 4 kids have life threatening food allergies or diseases to certain foods. They did not care when I explained to them that food was not a choice for us, but it was humorous to see what they offered was actually completely empty and unavailable anyway (as pictured). ??
I mean, if this whole experience isn’t/wasn’t a complete and utter joke, I don’t know what is.
Urban Air Adventure Park is a HORRIFIC JOKE of an expensive trash pit. These pictures do not do any justice as to how TRASHY this place is now.
Some of the broken/closed attractions are:
    Kids Under 7 Area
    Virtual Reality
    Sky Rider
    Ropes Course
    Tube Playground
    Battle Beam
    Slam Dunk
    Icees
    No Snacks
    Some of the arcade games
    Half of the Apex Trampolines
    Entire Super Jump Trampoline Area
    …and more
