      I have never in my entire life come across such deplorable delivery service. I ordered a washing machine from Whirlpool, which was delivered a couple weeks back while I was not present. My father was there for the delivery, and in order to get the machine in, the service providers had to remove a railing, and a door, which I did authorize via phone. Everything went smoothly, except that they did not remove my old machine. This was supposed to be included in the service I paid for, and I had to call in to complain about this. They scheduled a second appointment, to have the old machine picked up. That service was today, and I have never in my entire life come in contact with a more unprofessional team. They were rude and nasty, they were directing profanity at my father (they were not aware that I understand Spanish),, and they broke my light in the basement, with no apologies. When all was said and done, they STILL did not take away the old machine, claiming it could not fit, though their company had just a couple weeks prior done the needful to get the new washer in. They even called their boss, who confirmed they could remove the railing and door, as had been done previously, but they were just too lazy to do it. They ended up walking out without another word, no apologies or explanations. In looking through all these complaints I cannot fathom why any respectable company would ever work with them. I will likely need a new dryer soon, and no company that works with JB Hunt will ever get my business again. I will also be spreading the word via social media and directly to my friends and family.

      I have used them over the years for LTL shipping. Missed pickups and late deliveries happen, I understand that.
      It's the totally unethical DOUBLE and OVERBILLING that happens far too often to be accidental.
      This is company full of crooks, an embarrassment to the entire state of Arkansas.
      I'm filing a complaint with the State's Attorney General, not that I expect it to do any good, but my state rep. (Wardlaw) and senator (Gilmore) will be hearing about it as well.

      Just a short note to state my total and utter disappointment with my appliance transactions with J.B. Hunt. For an order of a dishwasher and icemaker, the company destroyed the water hose hookup and had to return the dishwasher. He did leave the water line to be available for the new dishwasher. Further, would not install the icemaker.
      Circumstances were that the dishwasher was the wrong model (per Kitchenaid) and had to be returned. New dishwasher and correct icemaker were delivered. J.B. Hunt delivery deliverer/installer was rude and uncooperative. He would not install the new dishwasher using the existing waterline (that was left available by the J.B. Hunt installer the previous week). He said we needed an upgraded connecting line and that he would not complete the installation. He also said that if the appliance was from GE, he could do the installation. This was absurd and totally out of line.
      He disconnected and removed the incorrect icemaker but would not install the new, correct model. He cut (did not simply detach) the drain hose from the old icemaker installation leaving an open drain line that splashed water under the sink whenever we ran the water to the sink. He removed and took with him the new armored water supply hose that we paid a plumber to install. This was also totally out of line; why he did this is beyond my ability to comprehend.
      Under no circumstances will I deal with JB Hunt company again.
