1 starThis was the second transport company that was supposed to deliver our fridge. The first fridge was delivered during transport but was found out after the original delivery company was unpacking it. JB Hunt showed up with the new fridge and they stated that they wouldn’t be able to take it upstairs because they required four men to do it. Upon purchasing the fridge we informed them that we lived less than three floors up. We have purchased other appliances and never not had this issue. The delivery drivers left while we were on the phone with customer service.J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.

1 starThe day my washer and dryer was FINALLY being delivered, the delivery driver called me once (called ID said spam) and since I didn't answer right away, they left. No voicemail and no second call. I called FIVE MINUTES after realizing it could have been them. I waited on their customer service line since it didn't come from a direct contact line and by the time I got through, the driver left. If they would have left a message or called a second time, it would have been helpful. Now I'm stuck for another TWO WEEKS with no washer and dryer and three small kids. Thank you JB Hunt....NOT. Horrible customer service. The rep kept saying, "sorry you missed the call but we aren't obligated to call you more than once."J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.

1 starAbsolutely horrible... dropped a trailer at my facility when they did not have permission to do so. Took numerous phone calls and emails to get JB Hunt to retrieve the trailer. The answer was always we will be out today (or tomorrow) to get that trailer... this went on for 5-6 weeks. This is actually a zero star review but the form won't allow that.J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.

1 starI placed an order with Home Depot that was to be delivered by JB Hunt. I was notified by Home Depot's call center and the store manager in my area that my order was ready, but the driver for JB Hunt, and I quote, "refused to take the delivery". This has caused delays with my order and my construction, and it is absolutely unacceptable that an employee refuse to do their sole job function while the customer has no resolution to the situation.J.B. 1 starIf I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a refrigerator delivery scheduled for today, purchased from Lowes. The crew called to come early and when they arrived declined to try getting the fridge through the garage (although the existing fridge went in that way) and instead tried to get it through the front door, scratching it and damaging my front door. During the course of their efforts, they broke the lock on my door and I had to call a locksmith. They refused to wait for the locksmith and left the new, scratched refrigerator in the center of my 2-car garage claiming that someone would be back later to install, they then jumped in their truck and took off likes bats out of hell. J.B. Hunt then refused to pick up the damaged refrigerator, denied they broke my lock, and claimed that they could not complete the installation because there was food in the old refrigerator. Their drivers hung up on me and Lowe's when we called, after admitting the damage they caused. The JB Hunt Lowe's delivery manager was unhelpful and uncooperative and suggested I keep the damaged product. The appliance crew from the St. Charles Lowe's store had to come pick up the unit themselves. I am genuinely scared to have them deliver the rest of my appliances. 1 starThe delivery guys came at 12:12 they were supposed to install. At 12:17 my son called and said they couldn't install because the valve had corrosion. The valves are green with oxidization but Not corroded. I told them my son would turn off the valves and they could at least take the old one. They said no we have too many deliveries today. They handed the phone back to my son and ran out. I was 5 minutes away and they wouldn't wait till I got there. They were at my home less than 10 minutes. They left garbage from unpacking on my lawn too. When I got home I was able to turn valves with my finger it was so easy. There were no leaks. I disconnected the old one, installed the new one and brought my old washing machine to the street myself. I think these guys get paid by the delivery and didn't want to install. I did not choose JB Hunt, Lowes uses them, but I will never use them. Lowes is refunding my delivery and disposal amount also discount my purchase 10% for my trouble. 1 starScheduled an appointment to have our Peloton Treadmill re-assembled after a recent move. Peloton outsources to J.B. Hunt. The day before the appointment to have the technician come to our house, I noticed that the address in the Peloton application was off by two houses, but still on our same block. I called Peloton the morning of the appointment to ensure the team came to the correct house.
Peloton transferred me to a J.B. Hunt representative who told me that they had the proper address in their system, they confirmed it with me, it was correct, and I hung up thinking everything was fine. Literally two minutes later, another representative called me back to inform me that, "Because you have changed the address, your appointment is now cancelled and I will reschedule it."
I was shocked, because it's literally two houses away from where we live and I could literally meet the team in front of the other house and walk to our home. I reminded her that the previous agent told me that they actually had the proper address only two minutes ago and that everything was good. She insisted on sticking to her script and falling back on "Company policy". I acknowledged that she didn't set the policy but implored her to use her brain and to be flexible here. She became incredibly rude, ignored the facts and history of the situation and insisted on rescheduling for a week later. Later in the afternoon, I called JB Hunt back to provide a customer service complaint and got more of the same "This is policy" garbage and yet another rude representative. My hope is that Peloton will start working with another company and I can't believe I will still have to pay for this poor service and rude treatment.J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.

1 starThis is THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
Ordered appliances through Home Depot, JB HUNT was delivery company set up.
A man installing the over the range microwave kept pressing on the gas range knobs, and the gas was leaking. I told him to be careful and not do that, as he put carboard for the dust on top of the range. His response? "Tick Tick Boom".
This man from JBHUNT was threatening and making light of the fact that there could be a fire and explosion in my home and building.
They refused to move my fridge out, took a screw out the door that nearly fell on me as I tried to open it and I'm pregnant!! I yelled down the hall for them to come back and they took no responsibility, said that they were "not done yet".
They left and afterward I noted a GASHING HOLE in the hallway wall. I went to tell them their response was a shrug and "call Home Depot".J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.

1 starI have had two issues with JB Hunt with one delivery, the first was somewhat reasonable but the second was not. The first was COVID related. A member of my household tested positive for COVID, but lives in a separate area of the house. I was exposed to this member briefly. After explaining the situation to a member on the phone, they have a strict policy and I'd have to wait. I thought that this was a somewhat bizarre COVID policy, as I would interact with the deliverymen for less than a few minutes and could have a mask on. But fair enough, safety first is understandable at least. However, for the next scheduled delivery, I was given a 4 hour window. After waiting through the 4 hour window right at the end I receive a call claiming 'The truck broke down' and 'We can't schedule you for another full week.' So I wait around 4 hours and nobody has the decency to contact me, and now I have to wait another full week before I wait another 4 hours.
SPECULATION:
Honestly, I doubt the veracity of their story. So my order which now has been delayed twice since the original delivery time, doesn't hold any priority at all? They have that many deliveries next week that all have priority? Either that or they have the idea that a few very angry customers are better than a week's worth of annoyed ones. I feel like there is a chance these guys are way behind on deliveries and never even intended on delivering in the first place. Certainly as a customer I feel no support from them whatsoever. I could be wrong on this and just been quite unlucky, but even in that case, it's astounding they made me wait around for 4 hours.
TL;DR Do not use JB Hunt to deliver your products!
