    Palco is our payor for respite care CLS and over night it has been over 30 days since I have recess my total about of pay from them first it is getting clients started which I know funds were sent but yet took them over 2 weeks to get everything in and up dated. Now they have put in wrong pay code for over nights only takes short time to change that code yes always being told have to open case or we are working on it. They have no problem holding checks or stopping pay if we don’t have all or classes updated yet they can take 2weeks to month to put funds in proper place and to correct codes so services can be paid for. We know funds were available first part of October yet took til 18th to get all the workers updated and now they have coded wrong and just don’t seem to care if services provided are paid out in timely fashion… and of course won’t back date for back pay and I know that there are a handful of people trying to get them to do what supposed to do to allow us to be paid for the worked we have done.

    Palco is the contracted payroll provider for ****** ******. We are not the employer and can only issue payments as authorized by ****** ******. If ****** ****** does not provide the correct service code on the plan of service at the time of referral, Palco cannot configure that code. We will reach out to them for resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will outreach ****** ****** right away.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    Because I know that the things mentioned in the original complaint are not ****** ***** they have called and yet over a month saying codes wrong by ****** ****** and they have contacted proper people and yet to be    Resolved  we get paid one week same codes and next week rejected  we never get emails about problems or how to correct them we call get ticket and seems each time someone calls about same problem we creat a ticket for Same problem no matter if me or my employer calling  yet again my pay was rejected for a review and have been told check email and nothing I have bills rent lights and depend on the pay to live and get to work… I know who your paid by I also know that they have contacted u on same matters but takes forever to get resolved..this isn’t just a one time thing it is continuous about every other paycheck .
