    Palco is even worse than Public Partnerships LLC and myself and my mother have been waiting for alleged "paper checks" that were claimed to have been sent on (as originally stated) April 8th or the 9th and then the date changes from that not once BUT TWICE and THEN we are told that Palco "had the wrong address on file for my mother" but that was just for the imaginary paper check and the pre-paid debit card that has ALSO been mysteriously lost in the mail and never received. It's odd that somehow my "paper check" is still not here 8 days after the first initial payday of April 12th and my address on file is correct to begin with. I'm going to go out in a limb and guess that there never even were any paper checks cut and this is all some sort of twisted game. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SITUATION

    Palco (home office Little Rock, AR) was awarded the contract for West Virginia's IDD/Waiver payroll program. So far, it has been a HORRIBLE transition. They are proving to be no better than the company we had (Public Partnership, LLC). The enrollment process (online) is terrible. The system will not let me/us advance beyond a "loading" screen.
    I tried to call and after holding for 30+ minutes, I was finally the "next caller" - only to be told by a recording that all agents are busy and to leave a message. The recording said my call would be returned by the end of the business day. WRONG! I left two messages.....no return call. Today, I called again and left a message after going through that same telephone gauntlet. I have yet to get a call back.
    The chat feature is mediocre at best. I don't understand why companies hide their employees from the public. It would be so much easier to just pick up the phone and talk to someone rather than dodging calls and making us go through numerous unnecessary steps, only to eventually have to call us for clarification or information we were not able to input online because their system/software/whatever is not up to par.
