I had a 500 repair quote elsewhere but bc of preferred shop status with car extended warranty i dropped car off here. It was a leaking water pump and other shop had diagnosed. I told DJ that on checkin yet when he called later to say yes it was water pump but they had estimate of 900 and all warranty would cover was 400. So i would have better off to pay local shop 40 miles closer to my home. After a lot of disrespectful arguing back and forth i told him i did not want them touching my car. However to get my car released i had to pay a 200 diagnostic which was totally unnecessary bc it was a water pump leak and no effort whatsoever to look under hood and determine what that is. Pathetic business practice and i hope many people read this and steer clear of this fraudulent business

Very professional and friendly. They kept me up to date on my repairs and never fixed anything without prior approval. They are now the only car repair place I will use. Thank you DJs auto.

Been here a couple times. Took a full week to get someone to look at the truck. Told me I needed a whole new drive shaft and quoted 850 dollars for a 95 bronco rear shaft. I was willing to swallow the crazy part price due to time constraints. Took another full week for them to tell me they didn't know where part was. In fact, told me that part price was for both front and rear shaft once. Then told me for just rear. I thought it odd that I needed a whole drive shaft, but Brian told me a bolt backed out. I finally told them I would fix the truck myself after waiting two weeks. Went to pick truck up to find that they threw the serpentine belt and didn't bother to fix. Finally get truck home and crawl underneath to find I just need a U joint...all bolts were in place and tight. They're intentionally buying unnecessary parts and egregiously overpricing them. This is after they replaced my transfer case to fix a squeel and turned out it just needed a lube. Brian has the nerve to ask for a 5 star review at least three times like some smug idiot. Here you go Brian.
