    My wife was getting a procedure done at the Boatright clinic. When she was in the chair and under the influence of Nitrous Oxide, the dentist allegedly found another tooth that was bad and offered to take care of it while he was doing the tooth, she was originally supposed to have repaired. They told my wife the added cost would be around $500. She agreed. She paid the bill and checked out. Then, the drama started. We received an additional bill for $675.05. At no time during or after her visit did anyone discuss any additional charges over the $500 that was added. We made a payment on the $675.05 balance on 9/11/23 and on 10/2/23. Not a lot of money was paid because we simply don't have the resources to make large payments. Then on 10/23/2023, we received a nasty note (ironically with a smiley face) attached to an invoice from Boatright Endodontics telling us if they didn't get a payment, they would refer our account to collection. This is after they had just gotten a payment in October. And that invoice did not even reflect the payment we made in September. We don't get paid until the first of the month so how were we supposed to make another payment in October. I do not recommend the Stephen Boatright Endodontics clinic. By the way, if I could give them zero stars, I would have.
