      Service call revealed a plumbing issue, no repair/replacement of washer needed. Charge could've been less, I think.

      Professional, prompt, good communication... as pleasant of an experience as you can make out of an appliance gone bad. Chris was excellent as was everyone with their entire team. I found this company on the internet and I have now made them my "go-to" company. I seriously doubt you can find one any better than these folks!

      Central One has been taking care of our appliances for about 15 years. They always explain the issues with the appliance, and discuss the pros and cons of repair vs replacement.
      I highly recommend Central One.

      Unfortunately i had the same issue with other complaints i have read here.
      I was charged $672 for service call, parts and labor for replacing a drain pump on my dishwasher. A week later they had the wrong part which i found out when they failed to show up or call me to inform about the part.
      3 weeks later, after I requested a refund they only refunded me $400 and when i asked for a breakdown, Kevin the “manager” said thats what the owner decided. When i pushed for more information and told him how unprofessional they have been, he said to go find someone else and hung up on me.
