  This company is professional and honest, I mention this because I have had experiences with companies who are not. First Service was all about business in that they were quick to diagnose and fix any issues. They’re technical knowledge and experience was coupled with outstanding customer service. I watched Mike the service man diagnose and replace the connector that had burnt out on my heat pump. After the unit was turned on and working properly he turned it off and proceeded to go through every connection on the connector and circuit board and squeezed the female contractors together, to ensure there were no loose connections. He fixed it the way it should have been done by going the extra mile. In addition when Mike left I felt that I had made a friend. This is the second time that I used First Service, Earlier in 2023 I was having issues with the heat pump not getting warm enough. Jeramy the owner came out and saw that the unit was not wired correctly and he rewired the heat pump. The company that I used before First Service sabotaged my heat pump and it has not been working correctly for over a year. I trusted that company and had use them since 1988, but I will never use them again I say all that to say this, that I am glad that I found First Service in a time that it’s hard to find honest service, I recommend them completely and whole heartedly for service you can count on and trust that is done right.

  No issues with the service technician. The office manager Kevin on the other hand was a different story. I was charged 100 dollars for a service call that lasted less than 10 minutes. I was under the impression that my appliance could be fixed during this visit; however, I was told they did not have the part and that it would be a few days. Now to the follow up conversation with Kevin. I called back and expressed my concern with paying 100 dollars for a service call of less than 10 minutes and my appliance was still not working. Kevin’s response verbatim - we have doing this for over 50 years and if you don’t like it, call someone else. Kevin then hung up on me. This was very disappointing to say the least and I cannot seem to get in touch with the owner.

  I have used Central One on two separate occasions first for my refrigerator repair and recently to repair my oven. I had a great experience both times and am happy to report both appliances are working great. Scheduling was easy with good communication when a part of as delayed; the technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I won’t hesitate to using them again for appliance repairs.

  This is my second time using their services and Chad has been my service tech both times. He is very punctual and professional. He told me what parts is needed and explained why they are needed to make my appliances run smoother. I didn’t think I was going to get a appt that fast, with the holidays approaching, I was wrong in my assumption. Called today, I was taken care of today. Thanks again Chad.

  This is our third time to use Central One Service! They are fast and reliable! I usually have to leave a message but they call back and often try to come out that same day or the following day. Have their number saved in my phone and will continue to use.
