  These guys are the best and the only ones I call. They're the only ones I need to because they service so many brands and they always schedule me quickly. Knowing they are there is one reason I ventured into owning rental property. They work on my home appliances too, of course, and recently fixed my dryer cheaply and the day after I called. So nice to have a go-to appliance repair company you can trust.

  Your service call was prompt. I understand your reasoning for your service fees. I was charged $130 & told my 3 year old (out of warranty as of August) speed queen washer can't be repaired because speed queen no longer makes the parts needed. Now after calling S.Q. & Midsouth appliance myself I find that was NOT true. The parts required ARE available. I almost dumped my washer & bought a new machine because your company/representative wouldn't make a phone call. Your company should reimburse me.
  I'll be using someone else.

  Range would not light with igniter, Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and prepared an estimate of $385 or so. he said he would have to order a part before he could repair the range. I paid him $193. The next morning the range worked fine. I called the technician and told him this and he said the problem might have been due to the dirt and grease around the burner which he cleaned. He said he would cancel the order for the part and get me a refund. I called the office and I was told that they could not cancel the order for the part so I will not get a refund. This is highly unusual that an order for a part cannot be cancelled Also, I find it hard to believe. I have called the office two times since then and they said they would look at it and call me back. Not a call back. I think he would rather have my $193 than have me pay for a $99 service call.

  Had this company come out to check my dryer and they were on time, friendly and although they couldn’t fix it (motor went out) they did give us a couple of options. The technician let us know that some manufacturers have a 10 warranty on the motor and it just so happened that ours was covered. Saved us some money altogether. I would recommend them if needing an appliance looked at.

  My tech was very polite and knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend to others.
