      I was very pleased with the work done by Jeremy, he was prompt and explained about the situation, ordered the part and everything works. However, he does not know who Heloise is and maybe some of the older ladies need to explain about reading "Ask Heloise", thats why I tried to clean my dishwasher and caused the damage with the spinner.

      Courteous, Dave arrived on time as promised. Unfortunately our dishwasher cost to repair was more that it was worth.

      I’ve had them come out twice for my dryer and both guys i had were very nice and professional. The company is a little pricey but they do great work!!

      Like most reviewers our Samsung ice maker has never worked well. After 3 years it quit working altogether. Central One was prompt to get it fixed and we just hope it holds up. Maytag is the only refrigerator out there that works as it should!

      We called Central One Service LLC on a Saturday expecting to leave a message for a Monday morning callback. Instead, they answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Chad was here on time and was extremely professional. He found the problem and while it couldn’t be fixed that day, he ordered the part and scheduled a time to come back the following Friday. Chad came back first thing the following Friday and got everything fixed and we’ve had no problems since! We would definitely recommend Central Once Service LLC and we will be using them again for any appliance repairs we need in the future!
