  Maytag washer wouldn't fill. I called and they came the same day. It needed a part replaced, within a couple of days they had gotten the part and replaced it in my washer.

  The ice maker on our three year old Samsung refrigerator stopped working. There are only two of us in the household, and we rarely use ice, so it’s not like it’s overtaxed. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. So I called Central One, and someone came out the same day. He explained that Samsung were widely known for their faulty ice makers, and that repairing it would cost around $1100, and only had around a 40% chance to work afterwards. Armed with this knowledge, we bought a new, American made Maytag.
  While they may have lost some money in the short term with their honesty, they have gained a long term client, as I will use them for everything in the future, as well as recommending them to friends and family.
  On a side note, do your research before you buy. Samsung is widely known for their ice makers breaking, and LG is equally well known for compressor failure. They may have internal speakers that let you talk to your food, or color changing panels, or whatever futuristic bell or whistle you think you want but don’t need, but none of that matters if your ice maker or compressor on your 2 year old refrigerator stop working.

  My refrigerator had gone out & I called Central One Service. Chris came out, looked it over, ordered the parts that were needed. Parts came in early and returned and installed my parts. Refrigerator and freezer are up and working again. I appreciate the response and professionalism the company offers. Thanks Chris and Central One Service!
