      Chris called to let me know he was on his way, and was here on time. When he opened the washer he knew exactly what the problem was. It only took a matter of minutes to complete the job. I recommend this company 100%. By the was, excellent customer service!

      My refrigerator had gone out & I called Central One Service. Chad came out, looked it over, he said with the age of it and the cost of the part, it wouldn't be worth fixing. I really appreciate his honestly. Thanks Chad!

      My dryer quit working and they were here in less than 24 hours to repair it. Fast and sufficient! Chris was super professional and I would recommend Central One to everyone.

      Expensive!! No Quotes given prior to service
      Tech didn't have part needed and had to come back a few days latter to replace a dryer heating element...Charged me 125.00 to adjust the doors on a refrigerator...50.00 service call on the same call out for the dryer which was 99.00 service charge ..149.00 total for the same service call ..I was not informed prior ..I could have passed on refrig door adjustment..it was almost 488.00 for the repair..I feel it was a lack of communication
      I also responded to an email asking if I missed the quote ? With no response ! But Jennifer saying " We don't work for free"
      I went by store front location and it was empty
      Response was " Our office is closed to the public" I only wanted to to get a paper written receipt and pay cash ...
      I have mixed feelings about using them
      I really would have appreciated a REAL QUOTE prior to service call
      On the bright side my dryer is working but the freezer is better but still some ice build up when closed ...Matt asked to look at it when he came back to work on dryer
      I was afraid of surprised charges..so told him No ...We are done ..just concentrate on dryer
      I would not use them again unless it's with in the 90 days of warranty of work

      Great job! Chad was courteous, timely, professional and carefully explained the problem with my refrigerator which is a failed compressor.
