      Tried paying my bills online under Simmon's "Manage Payments" tab on the dashboard. I could enter every other bit of information, EXCEPT the dollar amount. This is like the 5th time this has happened to me and it is extremely inconvenient. Every other time, I've called the support line, and they suggest I change my browser to Google Chrome or Firefox. I USE FIREFOX, AND I HAVE THE LATEST VERSION!!!!! So, to accomodate Simmons, and to get my bills paid, I log out again, log in again on Google Chrome, and it works. WHY? Is Mozilla Firefox not an accepted browser for SIMMONS? This is an example of their technology not being updated enough to interface (apparently) with multiple browsers. Very frustrating!

      Simmons bank is the worst bank I have equipment financing account with them what they do is debit the payment and then credit it back and charge rejection fee when I tried to reach the help they keep transferring the call till answering service reached . Worst worst worst bank to finance wish I knew!

      They use deceptive practices to keep information from you. Post transactions with your knowledge. The mobile app is the worst. Like it’s not connected to the bank at all. It’s like they have one employee sitting at a computer and copying information one line at a time. Why is the balance so off when there is no transaction? Next day or two, oh there it is. Oh and a overdraft fee! Liars, cheaters and the mobile deposit, Non existent. Secretive and deceptive for the benefit of the bank. Something should be done.

      When you call to talk to branch manager you never get a call back and if there is a problem they are not really inclined to help. Was charged 9 overdraft fees but can’t seem to get those back it’s time to switch banks

      Worst bank I have ever used. I have worked in banks and have been a bank customer at other banks for more than 40 years and this is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They won't return calls, they tell you that the person you need to talk to is wither in a meeting or off today and they will have them call you tomorrow. I have even been told by that person to come in tomorrow and she will be there to help with the situation. The next day - she is not there. They closed my account and I have been trying to get that money for over 2 weeks and have still not received it. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.

      Awful, still waiting for corrected tax document. That was 30 days ago, still waiting. Sent email and called the direct line to the lady who was helping me. No response.

      I’ve been trying to have my account manager call me for over a week about refunding overdraft charges. I’ve had 252.00 worth in one week. All because the largest amount cleared first with 6 small transactions after. I’ve banked with them for 20 years and they won’t even return my call. This is the worst bank ever. It should be against the law to treat customers this way. I guess my next option is to physically go to the branch to get this resolved. Do Not choose Simmons Bank if you’re looking for a bank. They have the worst customer service ever and could care less about their customers. I hope this review warns everyone to stay as far away from them as possible

      From restrictions on our accounts to how much we can deposit to card being declinded by multiple business for not being able to process, can't do online deposits due to restrictions they failed to mention so they punished us for it, to closing almost al their locations in my area and cutting hours of business makes it hard to do business or deposits with them. They want to charge a monthly fee but then treat their customer base as if they are no one, completely well aware we had been with our prior bank they bought out for 15 years. Been headaches and issues since day one, would highly recommend is you want a good or even great experience this company is NOT one to consider.
