      We are writing on behalf of **************** regarding our golf cart, which has now been in Robinson ********* possession for over two months. The cart was originally brought in for a simple battery replacement, but while under Robinson ********* care, the control board was damaged, rendering it completely inoperable.We understand that the Robinson ********* team has attempted to replace the control board three separate times, yet none of these replacements have been successful. At this point, it is reasonable to conclude that the parts being used are either incompatible or substandard. If resolving this issue requires purchasing a higher-quality or more expensive control board, we strongly urge Robinson ********* to do so immediatelyat Robinson ********* expense.While we initially appreciated the use of Robinson ********* loaner golf cart, it has now been over a month, and the loaner is outdated and does not adequately meet our operational needs. The extended delay and ineffective repair attempts are unacceptable and have created a serious inconvenience for our organization.This issue was not fully resolved and our cart was not returned in proper working condition by May 31, 2025. We have emailed Robinson ********* with these requests, with no response.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find the return of the golf cart was satisfactory.  We are still not happy with the length it took to resolve this matter though.  It should have not resorted to having to submit this complaint to get our cart back.
