      I purchased a new Evolution Golf cart 1/3/2023. We have a ongoing problem with lithium battery . Its been in the shop 3 times same problem for repair in Dec 12 2023 battery dies at 50% The software update would NOT work. We took it home because they had it for 6weeks with no resolve. We were told they would call us back once they heard from evolution. No call back and still no resolve. Cart back in March 11 2024 still replacing or fixing the problem! This battery is under warranty however they havent. Cart again back in it was picked up on Nov 25 2024 They give us the run around. I was told to email evolution 3/18/24 & i did still not resolved. We also have a side panel that has popped out immediately after purchase and they still have not fixed that either. Please help us get this issue resolved. They do not return phone calls, and they certainly do not provide customer service once you purchase something, . Thanks in advance ******* ******* S

       we apologize for problems with the battery longevity problem. we have brought in the car 3 times and followed the chinese manufacturers protocol procedures at no cost to the customer. we have asked the customer to assist us in expediting the warranty by both ourselves and the customer e-mailing evolution for a response.  the customer is still able to use the vehicle but has to recharge more frequently which is an inconvenience. our email has gone out to the president of the manufacturing company asking for an upgrade to a higher output battery but no response at this point. the customer was in yesterday and explained the process we are going through to resolve this issue . communication with Evolution is sometimes lengthy.

      Golf cart had new controller installed. Three days later golf cart brakes locked up. They check batteries, replaced foot pedal switch and said they fixed loose wirings. Two days later brakes locked up and run/tow switch did not work. *********** and was told someone would be calling me. No call after a week and golf cart brakes are still locked up. This has been a two month process. ****************** has differently gone down from past experiences over the years. Hope ownership will work on getting their service department together.

      I bought an Evolution golf cart from Robinson in 2022. The battery died, so I called them. They picked my cart up on April 3rd and today is May 15 and I still do not have my cart back yet. It has been 6 weeks. They tried fixing it and installing a new part, which did not work. So, they said I needed a new lithium battery. They told me that over 2 weeks ago. As far as I know, the battery has not even been ordered from Evolution. I've asked for status phone calls and have been told... "why would I call you if I don't have any updates". In my mind, I am the customer and should be kept informed. My battery is under warranty. Why is it taking over 6 weeks to get my golf cart fixed. I believe 6 weeks is unacceptable. If I ever get my golf cart back, I will sell it so that I do not have to deal with Robinson Golf Car in the future.
